DEPOSIT/PAYMENT In order to secure a seat on the trip the following payment schedule has been established: An initial deposit of $275.00 per person is due on or before October 8, 2018. A second payment of $275.00 per person is due on or before November 7, 2018. A third payment of $275.00 per person is due on or before December 7, 2018. A fourth payment of $235.00 per person is due on or before January 3, 2019. Cancellations received between November 13, 2018 and December 6, 2018 will result in a cancellation fee of $525.00 per person. Cancellations received between December 7, 2018 and January 7, 2019 will result in a cancellation fee of $775.00 per person.
