Executive Biography Jeffrey P. Fegan began his career in the Aviation Industry in 1978. In September 2013, Mr. Fegan retired from the Dallas Fort Worth International Airport (DFW) after serving 29 years: 19 years as the. In January 2014, Mr. Fegan launched LLC and now provides Strategic Advisory Services to Airports and to Aviation Industry Clients. At DFW International Airport, Mr. Fegan served as CEO starting in 1994, overseeing the fourth busiest Airport in the world. Under Mr. Fegan s direction, DFW has become one of the top connecting airport hubs in the world, serving over 200 domestic and international destinations. For five consecutive years, DFW ranked among the world s top five large hub airports for customer service in surveys conducted by Airports Council International. The Airport also adopted a comprehensive Sustainability Program in pursuit of environmental responsibility and has established an impressive track record for partnership on aviation safety and research. Mr. Fegan is considered a pioneer and innovator in Airport Commercialization. Under his leadership, DFW was one of the first to embrace the Airport City/Aerotropolis concept, which has resulted in significant new development and revenues for the Airport, including major industrial parks, hotels, foreign trade zone developments, and the exploration of natural gas. He has introduced a number of innovations in airport concessions and led DFW to be one of the first airports to embrace corporate marketing and advertisement agreements with partners such as Pepsi and AT&T. Mr. Fegan led the development and implementation of DFW s first Strategic Plan and the Airport s Master Plan, and expanded airfield capacity to ensure DFW readiness into the future for next generation long-haul aircraft. Under his leadership, DFW undertook a $2.8 billion capital development plan, which included construction of International Terminal D, the Skylink people mover system making DFW one of the most efficient connecting hubs in the world, and construction of the Grand Hyatt DFW an acclaimed hotel earning top awards worldwide. Currently underway at DFW is a $2.3 billion Terminal Renewal and Improvement Program (TRIP) to modernize DFW s four older terminals. Other achievements at DFW include the development of the consolidated DFW Rental Car Center, International Commerce Park, the International Air Cargo Center, DFW s Corporate Aviation Facility, Founders Plaza Observation Area, and establishment of the Airport Operations Center (AOC), Emergency Operations Center (EOC), DFW Fire Training Research Center and the DFW Airport Wellness Center. continued on page 2 page 1 of 5

In addition to his success as a builder of massive infrastructure projects, Mr. Fegan has been successful as a builder of high performance teams that drive DFW s reputation for excellence. He has been a champion of diversity and inclusion and is sought after as a speaker and lecturer. As a result of Mr. Fegan s transformational leadership, DFW International Airport has developed one of the strongest brands in the industry and the Airport is strategically positioned for the future. Mr. Fegan joined DFW in December 1984 as Chief Planner, and later served as Assistant Director of Planning, Director of Planning and Engineering, and then Deputy Executive Director of Finance and Administration prior to becoming CEO. Prior to joining DFW Airport, Mr. Fegan was the Noise Abatement Officer at Westchester County Airport in New York. He also was in the aviation consulting business from 1978 to 1983. He received a Bachelor of Science in Geography from Frostburg University, Maryland and a Master of City Planning from the Georgia Institute of Technology. He completed the Stanford Executive Program at Stanford University and the Advanced Airport Management Course at the International Aviation Management Training Institute in Montréal, Quebec. Mr. Fegan is an Accredited Airport Executive, and has served on the boards of directors for several industry associations, including Airports Council International North America, an organization for which he is past Chairman, and the U.S. Travel Association Gateway Airports Council, which he previously chaired. Mr. Fegan was an active leader in the Dallas and Fort Worth business communities, serving as a member of the Board of Directors for the Dallas Regional Chamber, Fort Worth Chamber of Commerce, Dallas Citizens Council, North Texas Commission and World Affairs Council Dallas/Fort Worth. After 29 years of service at DFW Airport, Mr. Fegan retired from DFW and started LLC to provide Strategic Advisory Services to Airport and Aviation Clients. He currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Greater Toronto Airport Authority and the North Tarrant Express Mobility Partners LLC, a managed lane toll project in North Texas. page 2 of 5
