Letter from the Officers When each of us took office in January, we knew it would be another remarkable year for Colonneh Lodge. Our announced vision for this year was to promote and grow the chapters to develop strong areas within Colonneh Lodge. While Arrowman Bash was a great enabler to push toward our vision, this Pow Wow will for sure make it soar. This past year has been a true step in to serving, not only our fellow Scouts and Scouters across Sam Houston Area Council, but around the nation. There is still time for us to Step Up, Step out and become the leaders of today! This weekend will offer a diverse amount of training, fellowship, service, and fun with plenty of options to choose from. In this guide, you will find information regarding the program, logistics, and policies of 2017 Fall Pow Wow. We hope you will use this guide to make the most of your experience. Whether you're drinking root beer, playing a game of capture the flag, or enjoying the views on the climbing wall, we are sure you will have a great time! We can t wait to see you November 3 rd -5 th! Yours in Service, Clayton Bill Lodge Chief Seth Griffith LVC - Program Evan Blackledge LVC Service Blain Blanchard LVC Administration Ethan Roberts LVC Membership Tyler Green LVC Chapter Operations 3

About Fall Pow Wow What Fall Pow Wow is Colonneh Lodge's premier event. It's a weekend full of training, service, competition, games, food, ceremony competitions, American Indian Crafts, and so much more. The Theme When deciding the theme for Fall Pow Wow we realized it had to not only apply to the event but to our lodges own theme of the year. Who Registered youth and adult Arrowmen in Colonneh Lodge. Where Bovay Scout Ranch 3450 County Rd 317 Navasota, TX 77868 When November 3-5, 2017 More information oa.shac.org/powwow Knowing we would be serving Scouts throughout our Council at Arrowman Bash, 2017 Scout Fair at NRG, representing at the 2017 National Jamboree, we had to make sure this fit under the correct criteria. Arrowman taking action at unprecedented times, events, and even natural disasters, what more was left to say then: WHAT A TIME to serve! 4
