UNION BALLROOM Our 617 square feet (188 m²) ballroom can also be divided into three individual board rooms (UNION 1,2&3) that double up as individual functional spaces as well, making them ideal for organizing private meetings, smaller parties or corporate breakout rooms. Our outdoor garden plaza is ideal for cocktail parties, receptions and weddings. Our UNION BALLROOM can host up to 200 guests for a cocktail party and 120 guests for a sit-down meal. UNION B&C UNION B & C accommodate up to 16 guest with its frontline table for panelists and speakers, and ample space for the audience. Both are furnished with dropdown screens and projectors, CD/DVD player, audio systems, mixer and microphones. These rooms are an ideal place to organize private meetings, presentations and conferences. They are also adjacent to each other to form UNION B & C and to our foyer and outdoor plaza, all of which make them ideal for coffee breaks and activities. UNION A Finely equipped with a single executive table, UNION A is the preferred venue of guests who demand exclusivity and privacy.the room is equipped with a 42 plasma T.V., video projector and screen, CD/DVD player, audio system, mixer, microphone and audio conferencing, making this a perfect place for presentations or conferences. It can host up to 10 guests in its already set wooden board table. UNION GARDEN PLAZA Unique to the area and to our outdoor garden plaza will provide the ideal setting to take you from settled to vibrant. Step out of your meeting room and gather around our natural setting and celebrate. Anything from an intimate wedding ceremony in the middle of green surroundings, to break out sessions that need nature s inspiration, you will likely find yourself at most productive here. The plaza provides fully adaptable space to host up to 200 guests.
