Hospitality Welcome Experience Exclusive check-in counters and welcome drinks were provided at each of the 4 hotels throughout the multiple waves of delegate arrivals. Our senior management were present to welcome VIPs. Japanese guests hosted at Festive Hotel were welcomed by Japanese-speaking RWS staff to attend to queries. Welcome amenities in hotel rooms desserts by award-winning Executive Pastry Chef Kenny Kong were specially designed for VIP guests and all delegates.
Unconventional Venue Resorts World Theatre Resorts World Theatre provided a luxurious and comfortable experience for the plenary session for 1,200 delegates, with tiered plush seats and being fully equipped with high quality audio, visual and lighting equipment. Besides enjoying a live band performance, delegates also got up-close with RWS Ambassador celebrity Donnie Yen, who was invited to grace the event. Landscaping was set-up at the Resorts World Theatre entrance to beautify and enhance the welcome experience. Not only was the delegate experience taken care of, the crew was also provided an F&B counter backstage to support the entire set-up and plenary session.
Innovative and Versatile Venue Resorts World Ballroom As the largest column-free ballroom in the region with retractable walls, the Resorts World Ballroom was ideal in allowing flexible configurations: o West Ballroom and the nearby Aquarius Function Room facilitated Networking Breakfast meetings. o East Ballroom s proximity to Resorts World Theatre provided an accessible venue for lunch. o Central & West Ballrooms provided an expansive and versatile venue for the Celebratory Dinner. With its central location to the hotels and plenary session venue, as well as the use of the in-resort digital signage customized for directional purposes, the event organizer was able to minimize logistics and communications.
Innovative and Versatile Venue Resorts World Ballroom To accentuate the Modern Retro theme for the celebratory dinner, lighted furniture was used to recreate the entire atmosphere. The delegates were welcomed into this Modern Retro theme right from the foyer reception with the lighted lounge areas, and culminated in a grand and unconventional setup in the ballroom dinner venue, even with a lighted bar right in the middle of the spacious pillarless ballroom.
Innovative and Versatile Venue Resorts World Ballroom For this Asia Pacific group, client wanted to synergise with the European conference theme done in the Bahamas. As such, our Chefs designed a Seafood Bar experience for the delegates, one which was not part of the usual menu. To cater to the tastes of the multi-national delegates, the menu included a Japanese sushi array as well as glutenfree and vegetarian options. Delegates were treated to a premium customized dessert selection by award-winning Chef Kenny Kong and also the Valrhona Hot Chocolate Soup by the one Michelin star celebrity chef restaurant OSIA.
Recreation World-Class Attractions Universal Studios Singapore S.E.A. Aquarium Adventure Cove Waterpark Dolphin Island Home to award-winning attractions, delegates could enjoy leisure time within their conference schedule without having to travel far.
