Chapter Director s Message Well Folks! The riding season is here. Where are we going to ride to? John may have some ideas for some fun miles to roll down the road after the May Chapter meeting. Remember, it is on the 12 th NOT the 19 th this month. CA-2S is rolling along with lots of activities planned for the upcoming months. Mark your calendars and come on out and have some fun. I m sure the garage sale May 4 th & 5 th will be a success as it always is thanks to our hosts Sal & Patti. Can t wait to have some of Patti s Chili! Eight years of opening your home for our annual fund raiser is a big part of our success, and we all thank you for your outstanding contributions throughout your tenure. Also, remember the ticket sales for the Streetmasters Raffle. How are your ticket sales going? We rely on these sales for funds to run our chapter, and at the same time we are helping the motorcycling community of riders to be better riders, by participating in Streetmasters. July 1 st is the drawing at the Bar-be-que at Gary & Lori s Manteca hideaway. We are always looking for volunteers to help out on events. Maybe you have a new idea for an event or ride. We want to hear from you! I want to welcome the new members Allan & Sandy to our family at CA-2S. Can t wait to get you out on a ride in your side car rig, and get you involved in something other than our monthly Chapter meeting. Welcome Allan & Sandy! Well folks! OUR REGULAR MEETING PLACES Monthly Meetings The third Saturday of each month. The meeting starts promptly at 8:15 AM, and is usually over by 10:00 AM. Omega Restaurant. 90 S. Rides North to SF - Mercado Theater Santa Clara on Hwy 101 Frontage Rd. between Great America Parkway and Lawrence Expressway. This is the meeting place for rides that take us North along Hwys 101 or 85 (San Francisco, Marin, Eureka). Rides South San Ignacio Center, Bernal & San Ignacio Rd., San Jose.
