Case Number: 12-345 continued Brown County Sheriff s Department INITIAL CALL; I Officer Sandra Mitchell, Brown County Sheriff s Department on Thursday, April 6, 2008 at 8:19am, received a call from a Judith Christopherson, 4276 High Park Rd., in reference to a stolen Vehicle and Credit card. ARRIVAL AT RESIDENCE; Upon arrival, I met with Judith Christopherson. She stated that she woke up this morning at about 8:00am and she stated that her Trailblazer was missing. I asked Judith if the keys were left in the car last night. She stated that she had the keys to the Trailblazer in her purse, sitting on the kitchen table. I asked her if she locked the front door when she came home. She stated that she did not. She stated that someone must have came into the house, taken the keys to the Trailblazer, and then went through her purse that was sitting on the kitchen table, because her Discover Credit card is also missing. She stated that she called the credit card company and cancelled the card right away. She stated that a short time later the credit card company called her back and stated that someone was using her card at several stores in Green Bay. DESCRIPTION OF VEHICLE; She stated that the License number was X2X2X2 and stated that it was a Blue 2001 Chevrolet Trailblazer. I asked Judith if she gave anyone permission to take or drive her vehicle. She stated that she did not give anyone permission to take the Trailblazer. I asked her the value of the Trailblazer. She stated that she purchased it for $9,500.00. I advised Judith that I would start checking the area and I would also put out a broadcast for an attempt to locate the stolen vehicle. After leaving the residence, I contacted the Sheriff's Department and asked them to broadcast this ATL for me.

Case Number: 12-345 continued Brown County Sheriff s Department ACTION TAKEN; On Friday, April 7, 2008 I was called back to 4276 High Park Rd. Judith stated that she had called her credit card company and got a list of names and times as to where and when her card was used. She stated that as of 1:35pm, today, about $300 has been charged on her account. The charges started about 9:02am and went until 11:54am today. I took this copy of the times and the store names. I asked Judith again if she gave anyone permission to take the Trailblazer or use her credit card. She stated no and that she does want to file charges on the person that took her Trailblazer and Credit card. FURTHER INFORMATION RECEIVED; On Saturday, April 8, 2008, I was advised by Lt. Bruce Oust, of the Brown County Sheriff s Dept., that at approximately 9:00pm, today s date, the Brown County Sheriff s Department made a stop on the stolen vehicle and the driver took off on foot but that they have the passenger, Candice A. Taylor DOB 03/11/92, in custody. At approximately 10:35pm, on Saturday, April 8, 2008, I met with Judith at the Sheriff's Department, with the recovered vehicle. I was advised that there were some things in the car that did not belong to her in the vehicle. Judith stated that the 5 DVDs and 3 CDs on the backseat did not belong to her. Judith stated that she does want to press charges on the individual that stole her vehicle. INTERVIEW WITH CANDICE A. TAYLOR; I interviewed Candice A. Taylor at the Brown County Sheriff s Department. I spoke to Candice about where she was and was she with Amber Louis any time over the past several days. Candice indicated to me that she was with Amber on the night of April 5, and early morning hours of April 6. Candice stated that she was with Amber until approximately 1:30am and then she went back to her own residence. Candice stated that she didn t see Amber again until the next morning, Friday, April 7, 2008 when Amber came knocking on her door at approximately 8:30am and wanted her to go shopping in Green Bay. Candice stated that she went with Amber to Green Bay in a Blue Chevy Trailblazer. Candice stated that eventually Amber told her that she stole the Trailblazer from someone on High Park Road. Candice stated that she was unaware that the vehicle was stolen, as she thought the vehicle belonged to Amber s brother. Candice told me that she and Amber went to Green Bay in the Trailblazer and then went to several stores. Candice stated that Amber purchased 5 DVDs and 3 CDs with a Discover Credit card at one of the stores. A copy of this report will be forwarded on to Brown County Department of Health and Human Services.
