Upon booking your vehicle with our office at 011 9742626, you will require a credit card or cheque card with numbers raised in your name, WITH SUFFICIENT FUNDS. No AMEX or Diners cards are accepted. Supply us with your collection dates, times and location. Supply us with your membership / Force number. The renter must be the member, card holder and driver plus requires a VALID DRIVER S LISENCE for a minimum of 3 years. No exceptions apply. Once your car hire booking is successful, you will receive a SMS from the Linric Club stating all information of your rental. (Car hire company, reservation number, date etc.) To only quote your reservation number upon collecting your vehicle at the rental branch.
What will the renter be charged upon booking a vehicle? You will only be charged the daily rental rate times the amount of days. The rental company once off contract fee of R75.00. A once off Linric Club booking fee of R30.00. This total cost must be available on your card used for the rental when booking with the Linric Club. NOT ENOUGH FUNDS IN YOUR CARD = NO CAR RENTAL BOOKING. What s excluded from your rental! A refundable rental deposit of R1700,00 is payable by you at the branch on collection of your vehicle with your card or in cash. This amount remains refundable in full to you after the rental (7-10 day waiting period) provided that the vehicle is returned with a full tank of fuel, additional charges such as e-toll, fines, etc.. - Extension / change fee of R75.00 per change (non-refundable) - Fuel & Lubricants for the duration of the rental - E-toll @ the standard tariff - Excess of R4500.00 (in the event of damage to or an incident involving the vehicle). ** Will not be put on hold on the renter s credit card. Liability documents will be signed. ** Should the vehicle be damaged/scratched or in an accident you will be charged the R4500,00 excess - Personal Accident Insurance & delivery or collection fee - Additional equipment and/or services.
