Zion Crossroads Diverging Diamond Interchange Project Information Project Location: Louisa County at Route 15 and I-64 Purpose: Reconfigure the existing interchange into a Diverging Diamond Interchange (DDI). First DDI in Virginia. Contractor: Corman Construction Inc. Designer: Parsons Transportation Group Contract price: $6.88 million Awarded October 2012 Citizen information / Pardon Our Dust meeting: May 1, 2013 Substantial completion of design: May 16, 2013 Construction Start: May 28, 2013 Switch Traffic to DDI configuration: February 2014 Total estimated cost = $8.8 million 29

Project Information Project location: Culpeper County, limits are approx. 4.1 miles east of Route 29 to approx. 4 miles west of the Culpeper/Orange County line Purpose: Design and construct a 5-mile long section of four-lane, median divided roadway to complete four-lane section and improve safety Design-build construction; two-phase low bid procurement Total estimated cost: $43 million RFP release: April 18, 2013 Bids received: $23,693,455.00 Final completion: August 2016 Final section of Route 3 to be widened to four lanes from Culpeper County to King George County 30

Route 29 Charlottesville Bypass 31 Project Information Project Location: Between Route 250 Bypass on the south and existing Route 29 north of the South Fork Rivanna River, Albemarle County Purpose: Construction of a new, 6.2-mile-long, four-lane divided, limited access highway Design-build construction process Contractor: Skanska Branch Joint Venture Designer: Johnson, Mirmiran, & Thompson Contract Price: $136 million Awarded June 2012 NTP #1: July 27, 2012 NTP #2: TBD Estimated final completion: September 16, 2016 Total estimated cost = $244 million
