Pirie in the mouth of the NAPPERBY GORGE. The main building measures 15m x 9 m overall, (12m x 6m serving as a mess/ recreation area and 15m x 3 m divided into bunkhouse and pantry). Refer to floor plan on page 5. Facilities: Mains Water Rain Water (In Season) Large Gas BBQ Refrigeration Electric Stoves Open Fire Place Tables, Stools & Chairs Cooking and Crockery for 50 Sleeping Accommodation: Under Main Roof 2 bunkhouses, each with 6 double bunks, -one bunkhouse with 3 double bunks Separate building 4 double bunks A total of 38 beds, each with a foam mattress and pillow. FEES Bond Deposit - $250.00 Inc. GST Refundable (see below and attached conditions page 10) Hire Fees Please read carefully to avoid confusion or embarrassment later. (1) Total Site Hire including use of all Main Building (eating & sleeping), Separate conference room, Hot Showers and Toilet Block. Time of occupancy: Monday to Friday From 10.00 am to 3.00 pm on last day of hire. Per night with a minimum fee of $110.00 Inc. GST Friday to Sunday From 4.00pm first day of hire until 3.00pm on Last day of hire. COST - $220.00 minimum fee Inc. GST Long weekends will include and additional $110.00 Inc. GST (For access to the entire site with exception of the store shed) (2) USE OF CAMP GROUNDS ONLY For camping under the stars or Under canvas. Time of occupancy as agreed by the Camp Warden. COST- $5.50 Inc. GST per Person, per 24 Hr. period. (No Minimum Fee apply) For access to Mains water, Toilets (hot & cold showers)) Bond (refundable) must be paid to confirm booking. Cancelation policy applies. (see terms & Conditions) Bond to be refunded after Camp Warden has inspected the site and the all clear is given. All other hire fees will be invoiced on a Tax invoice once all forms completed and must be paid prior to occupancy of the first day of hire. Pg. 10- Terms and special Conditions(read & Keep) 2. To confirm your booking you will need to fill out Campsite Hire Contact Information and Property Hire Agreement (form P2). As well as reading and agreeing to all terms and special conditions of the hire of facilities. You will also need to sully a copy of Public Liability insurance with your application. These need to be returned to Napperby Scout Camp, PO Box 1134 Pt Pire, 5540 with $250.00 Deposit/Bond to confirm your booking. 3. Public Liability insurance - $10,000,000. If you don t have your own cover, Scouts Aus. insurance brokers may be able to assist. Contact Willis Australia at 08 8223 1200 and ask to speak with Toni Leonard or James Whalland. They may be able to assist. Without cover you can t hire the facilities. 4. Fees don t include in the provision of Fire Wood, Washing up Detergents or cloths, 1 st Aid Kits and Toilet paper. These are your responsibilities. 5. Open Camp Fires can only be held in a non-fire ban period and only in designated areas The camp fire Quarry area. Rules & guide for clean-up and securing prior to leaving the site. 1. Refrigeration cleaned and wiped out, and doors to be left open. 2. Stoves cleaned up/wiped out. (Top plates and ovens.) 3. Electric Urns emptied and left in an upside down position. 4. Cooking Pots/pans/utensils to be washed, dried and returned to their correct position in storage areas. 5. Mattresses left stored (stack of 6) on lower bunks with pillow covered by a tarpaulin(supplied) 6. All windows closed and locked down. 7. All buildings to be swept out and mopped where necessary. MISCELLANEOUS INFORMATION 8. Open fire place to be cleaned out and all unburnt firewood returned to the wood heap. If Ashes are still hot, PLEASE DON T USE A BROOM just do the best you can and leave the rest to the camp Warden. Don t Use the Fire Extinguishers to put out the Open Fire place. Misuse of Fire extinguishers will occur an additional charge 9. General exterior to be left devoid of all rubbish and skid marks. 10. AMENITIES BLOCK a. All Toilet pans and urinal to be brushed out b. Floors swept & All rubbish removed c. Taps turned off tightly d. All light and power turned off and left in the off position on the main switch e. All Doors closed and locked with the correct padlocks. OTHER 1. All rubbish to be removed from the Premises. This includes toilets and Bins in Main Hall. Failure to do so will incur a charge to have your rubbish disposed of Deducted from the bond paid 2. Doors securely closed and correct padlocks replaced on the doors and locked.please note that some doors require you to use the key to both open and close the padlock. 3. Please switch off the power at the main board located in the front north left side of the main hall. 4. Cans and Bottles, glass containers if you would like to donate to the scouts please leave in the BBQ room under the back veranda. Final Comments & Points 1. Post use clean-up Your bond money will not be returned to you if the Site is left in a messy condition. 2. Fire Extinguishers are provided for emergency Use only. This does not include the putting out of the Open Fire place. Miss use without good reason will incur and additional charge of $200 per extinguisher for refilling 3. The person in charge who signs the Application for use and the Property Hire agreement forms will be held responsible for the site whilst being used by you. 4. The facilities will not be used for Buck Shows, 18 th and 21 st Birthday parties or similar events, Unlawful activities or events. NO EXEPTIONS.
