Weather permitting, work will be done at the following locations throughout the Treasure Coast. For updated lane closure information, please refer to www.d4fdot.com. Follow us on Twitter @ MyFDOT_SEFL. CONSTRUCTION PROJECTS MARTIN COUNTY 1. CR 714 / Martin Highway from west of Mapp Road to west of the Florida s Turnpike Entrance Description: This 1.879-mile widening project consists of adding one lane in each direction and constructing a raised median with access points throughout the corridor. Additional improvements include: constructing an 8-foot sidewalk and a 5-foot bike lane on both sides of the roadway; milling and resurfacing of existing lanes; drainage improvements, including building two retention ponds; sound wall installation at Sunset Trace; replacing the box culvert at Danforth Creek; and signage, signalization, landscape and lighting improvements. Cost/Completion: $15.7 million. Completion is expected in fall 2016.

All lanes are open through October 16. Construction of the median along CR 714 east of Berry Avenue is underway. Motorists will no longer be able to turn through the median from west of the Turnpike entrance to just east of Old Palm City Town Square. In addition to the signalized intersections, there will be median openings at Armellini Avenue, Hidden Oaks Middle School Western Entrance and Isleworth Circle. ** See attached flyer Eastbound and westbound traffic on CR 714 / Martin Highway between Berry Avenue and Mapp Road is shifted north to complete the widening of CR 714. This traffic pattern is expected to be in place until late 2015. The sidewalk along the south side of CR 714 between Berry Avenue and Mapp Road and between Martin Downs Boulevard and High Meadows Avenue is closed. Pedestrians should use the sidewalk on the north side of CR 714 and cross at the signalized crosswalks at Berry Avenue, Palm City School Avenue, Sawgrass Villas Drive / Whispering Sound Drive and Mapp Road. This sidewalk closure is expected to be in place until late 2015. ** See attached flyer 2. State Road 710 / Beeline Highway from east of the Florida East Coast Railway Crossing to east of SW Fox Brown Road Description: This 10-mile design/build project consists of widening the existing two-lane roadway to add two 1.5-mile passing lane segments, one in each direction. Other improvements include milling and resurfacing of the existing lanes and construction of new shoulders, guardrail installation, and drainage modifications. Cost/Completion: $6.92 million. Completion in early 2016. Intermittent lane closures for the widening of SR 710 may occur Saturday and Monday through Friday between 7 a.m. and 8 p.m. and Sunday night through Thursday night between 8 p.m. and 7 a.m. A flag crew will maintain two-way traffic. 3. I-95 Lighting Installation between Bridge Road and High Meadows Avenue Description: This 5.382-mile project includes installation of a new lighting system along both the northbound & southbound lanes of I-95 from north of CR 708 to south of High Meadows Avenue, and installation of eight pedestal mounted bridge poles on the bridge over the St. Lucie River. Cost/Completion: $2.8 million. Completion in summer 2016. The northbound outside lane of I-95 at the Kanner Highway overpass will be closed Monday between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. The southbound outside lane of I-95 at the Kanner Highway overpass will be closed Tuesday through Thursday between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. 4. Evans Crary and Ernest Lyons Bridges Handrail Repair Project Description: The project length totals 1.448 miles, with Evans Crary Bridge at.565 miles and Ernest Lyons Bridge at.883 miles. Work being done under this contract entails repairs to cracked seals and joints in the handrails along both bridges. Cost/Completion: $186,978. Completion is expected in fall 2015. The south sidewalk on the Ernest Lyons Bridge is closed for handrail work

through late October. Pedestrians can access the north sidewalk by crossing at Sewells Point Road or MacArthur Boulevard. 5. I-95 Southbound Rest Area Improvements Project in Martin County Description: Improvements consist of widening the concrete pavement of the truck parking lot; shoulder replacement from the diverge and merge points of the car and truck parking ramps to the truck parking lot; and highway lighting along with signing & pavement markings at the I-95 Southbound Rest Area in Martin County. Cost/Completion: $1.38 million. Completion is expected in early 2016. All lanes are open through October 16. No traffic impacts are expected on this project. 6. I-95 Interchange at Kanner Highway (State Road 76 / Exit 101) Description: This 0.745-mile project includes widening Kanner Highway (SR 76) at the I-95 interchange, reconstructing the I-95 entrance and exit ramps, drainage, milling and resurfacing, signing & pavement markings, and signalization. If you need additional information about the project please feel free to contact Warren Crittenden at warren.crittenden@aecom.com. Cost/Completion: $5.79 million. Completion is expected in late 2016. All lanes are open through October 16. 7. Kanner Highway / State Road 76 from Salerno Road to Cove Road in Stuart The north sidewalk on Kanner Highway between Salerno Road and Cove Road is closed for construction of a new business entrance. This sidewalk is expected to be closed through late 2015. Pedestrians should use the south sidewalk by crossing at Salerno Road or Cove Road. 8. Palm City Bridge in Palm City One westbound lane of the bridge will be closed Tuesday night between 7 p.m. and midnight for maintenance. 9. Kanner Highway / State Road 76 from Indian Street to Monterrey Road in Stuart One lane in each direction of Kanner Highway will be closed Monday night through Thursday night between 9 p.m. and 6 a.m. to set new concrete utility poles. Two lanes in each direction of Kanner Highway may be closed where three lanes are available. ST. LUCIE COUNTY 10. State Road A1A Bridge Rehabilitation over the FPL Discharge Canal in Jensen Beach Description: This 0.085-mile-long project includes replacing the existing concrete bridge deck and approach slabs, milling and resurfacing the roadway at the approach slabs, concrete spall repairs of the piles and pile caps, and installing a corrosion protection system to the piles and pile caps.

Cost/Completion: $1.8 million. Completion in fall 2015. The speed limit has been reduced from 45 mph to 35 mph at the bridge until fall 2015. The southbound lane of A1A at the discharge canal will be closed intermittently Monday through Friday between 7 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. A flag crew will maintain two-way traffic. The sidewalk is open at the bridge, but there will be intermittent closures Monday through Friday between 7 a.m. and 3:30 p.m. There are no shoulders for bicyclists. Shoulders will not open until fall 2015 when the project is completed. 11. State Road 70 / Okeechobee Road and Jenkins Road Intersection in Fort Pierce Description: This.549-mile project in the City of Fort Pierce is expected to begin July 15. Work on this project includes widening the SR 70 and Jenkins Road intersection to provide additional through lanes and turning lanes, box culvert extension and installation work, drainage improvements, and lighting and signalization upgrades. Cost/Completion: $5.46 million. Completion is expected in spring 2017. One lane in either direction of Okeechobee Road between I-95 and Kerr Street may be closed intermittently Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. The sidewalk on the south side of Okeechobee Road between Jenkins Road and Roylat Road is closed through early 2016. Pedestrians may cross at the signalized intersections at Jenkins Road and McNeil Road. The sidewalk on the north side of Okeechobee Road from Jenkins Road west to the RaceTrac / Home Depot driveway entrance is closed through early 2016. Pedestrians may cross at the signalized intersections at Jenkins Road and Peters Road / Crossroads Parkway. 12. I-95 Northbound & Southbound Rest Areas in St. Lucie County Description: Improvements include repairs to the existing buildings and upgrading the power distribution at the I-95 northbound & southbound rest areas in St. Lucie County. The rest areas are located approximately two miles north of Orange Avenue (State Road 68 / Exit 131). Cost/Completion: $733,903. Completion is expected in early 2016. All lanes are open through October 16. No traffic impacts are expected. 13. U.S. 1 south of Village Green Drive in Port St. Lucie One southbound lane of U.S. 1 just south of Village Green Drive will be closed Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. for drainage and sidewalk work. 14. State Road 615 / 25 th Street from Delaware Avenue to Florida Avenue in Fort Pierce One northbound lane of 25 th Street will be closed Tuesday and Wednesday between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. for utility work.

15. Port St. Lucie Boulevard from Cameo Boulevard to Bayshore Boulevard in Port St. Lucie The eastbound outside lane and right turn lane of Port St. Lucie Boulevard will be closed Wednesday between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. for utility work. INDIAN RIVER COUNTY 16. I-95 (SR 9) from just north of State Road 60 (Osceola Boulevard/Exit 147) at Vero Beach to the Indian River/Brevard County Line Description: I-95 is being widened from just north of State Road 60 to the Indian River/Brevard County line. Improvements in this 12.5-mile-long project include: adding one lane on I-95 in each direction; milling and resurfacing the existing lanes; signalization and lighting improvements; Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) improvements, including closed-circuit television cameras, Dynamic Message Signs and vehicle detectors; removal/replacement of the existing bridges over CR 512 (Fellsmere Road); construction of a noise barrier wall adjacent to the Encore Sunshine Travel RV Resort; and reconstruction of the interchange at CR 512, including the ramps and turn lanes. Completion in late 2016. Motorists should be alert for slow moving construction vehicles entering and exiting the travel lanes. One lane in either direction of I-95 will be closed intermittently Sunday night through Thursday night between 9 p.m. and 6 a.m. for construction. Southbound traffic on I-95 is shifted east to temporary lanes along the northbound side of I-95 from the Brevard County / Indian River County line to south of County Road 512 in Fellsmere. Southbound traffic on I-95 is shifted east from north of MM 151 to south of MM 149. Traffic will remain in this temporary configuration for approximately four months. ** See attached map 17. U.S. 1 from north of Kings Highway in St. Lucie County to south of Oslo Road Description: Improvements that will be made in this 2.4 mile-long project include widening U.S. 1 in Indian River County from four to six lanes from the county line to Oslo Road, replacing the bridges over the Florida East Coast railroad tracks, installing new sidewalk on both sides of U.S. 1 in various locations, constructing sound walls on the west side of U.S. 1 in front of the Cypress Bay Mobile Home Park, upgrading traffic signals at the U.S. 1 / Highland Drive intersection, installing a new roadway drainage system, removing old asphalt and resurfacing U.S. 1, and installing landscaping. Cost/Completion: $23.2 million. Completion in fall 2015. One lane in each direction of U.S. 1 will be closed intermittently Saturday between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. and Monday through Friday between 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. One lane in each direction of Old Dixie Highway under U.S. 1 will be closed

intermittently Saturday and Monday through Friday between 7 a.m. and 5 p.m. A flag crew will direct traffic. Northbound traffic on U.S. 1 north of Kings Highway is shifted onto the newlyconstructed bridge. The northbound lanes will transition back to the current traffic configuration at Highland Drive. Traffic will remain in this temporary configuration through fall 2015. Northbound traffic on U.S. 1 from north of Kings Highway to north of 21 st Street Southeast is shifted onto the newly- constructed northbound lanes. Southbound traffic on U.S. 1 from south of Oslo Road to 21st Street Southeast is shifted onto the newly constructed southbound lanes. 18. U.S. 1 Lateral Ditch Restoration from south of 12 th Street SE in Vero Beach to south of Davis Street in Sebastian Description: Eleven outfall ditches will be improved along U.S. 1 over the span of 18.82 miles. Improvements include clearing obstructions to flow, restoring ditch cross section areas, providing new culvert crossings, and stabilizing & placing sod on side slopes. Cost/Completion: $1.44 million. Completion in summer 2016. All lanes are open through October 16. No traffic impacts are expected on this project. 19. State Road 60 east of Florida s Turnpike in Vero Beach One eastbound lane of SR 60 east of Florida s Turnpike is closed through Monday for a culvert replacement. Beginning Monday, both eastbound lanes of SR 60 east of Florida s Turnpike will be closed and traffic will be shifted to the shoulder. This traffic shift is expected to continue through Friday, October 16. 20.
