Do not allow bystanders into work area. 4. Check all parts. Before assembling, make sure that you have all parts described in the parts list. 5. Keep children away. Children are prohibited in the work area during assembly. 6. It is also highly recommended to remove the gazebo top during inclement or stormy weather. 7. NOT RECOMMENDED for use during stormy conditions. Damage can occur to your gazebo and put you and others in potential danger. 8. Always use the provided stakes to secure your gazebo to the ground unless you set up on concrete or asphalt. 9. Do not use your gazebo for permanent shelter, it was designed for temporary use only. 10. Do not allow any one to climb on the gazebo. CLEANING & CARE: Clean surfaces with a dry or damp soft cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners. Assembly Steps: Step 1: Insert the right lintel (4) into the hole of the upper post(6) and slide into the slot, then insert the left lintel (5) into the upper post(6) and slide into the slot. Repeat this step for all four sets. Insert the Roof Support Extension(2) into the hole of the upper post (6). You will hear a "click" when the button is pushed in place and the tube is fixed in the post. Repeat this step for all four sets. Step 2: Attach the right lintel (4) to the left lintel (5) with upper and Lower lintel connector (9 & 10). Make sure the bracket on the upper lintel is facing up. Repeat this step for all four sets, refer to the diagram below. Step 3: Attach roof support (1) and short Bar (3) to the center connector (8). Insert the roof support (1) into the roof support extension (2) that was previously assembled in step 1. Insert short bar (3) into the upper lintel connector (9),slide the pin(14) throught and insert the clip into the hole.
Step 4: Insert the awning left tube (12) into the upper post (6). Repeat to assemble the right tube (11). To easily align the joint on the awning tube (11 & 12) and upper post (6), make sure the awning tube (11 & 12) is parallel with the upper post (6). The long bar on the awning tube (11/12) will attach to the top bracket of the upper post (6) and the short bar will attach to the bottom bracket. Step 5: Make sure large canopy slides under the small canopy section to create the two tier look. Stretch the small canopy cover (16) over the top small bars of each roof support (1) to form the small top section of the gazebo. Stretch the large canopy cover (17) to the four corners of the roof support extensions (2) and end of short bars (3) to form the main top of the gazebo. Step 6: Once the canopy section is secured, insert the upper post (6) into the lower post (7) by sliding the stud in the upper post (6) into the groove in the Lower post (7) and turn the lower post (7) counter-clockwise to lock. Next, add the awning fabric(18) onto the awning frame by inserting the awning support tubes (13) into the sleeves of the awning fabric (18), slide the outer most support tube onto outer most peg located on each awning tube. Next, slide the inner support tube to inner peg located on each awning tube, snap buttons along awning tubes (12 & 11) and gazebo frame. Fix the gazebo to the ground by inserting the stake(15) into the hole of the base of the pole post (7). If you wish to make the gazebo more secure, or have on a hard surface where stakes cannot be used, fix the anchor bags filled with sand to each gazebo. Now your gazebo is ready for use. Put sand into the bag,close up the bag,then put the sandbag around the post and fasten.
Option steps: 1: The awning tube is adjustable. If only half an awning is required, simply press the pin lock on the awning tube (11/12) and push the lower side into upper. If full awning is required, pull out each the tube gradually until both push buttons lock. 2: The awning tubes (11/12) are moveable, and can assemble on any side you want. To create a side wall with the awning, simply press in both push buttons on the awning tubes (11/12) closest to the gazebo posts and slide the awning down until flush with gazebo posts. Secure the wall to the gazebo by attaching each long strap located on each side of the awning to the posts of the gazebo. The full drawing below is for your reference.
