PREPAYMENT Unless credit Arrangement has been established with A1 Travels, the prepayment could be done as stated below. In group (GIT) bookings, 50% of the tour package is required as upfront payment to secure bookings. No reservation will be considered without advance payment / deposit. The balance of the total package cost should be paid before 30 days of the arrival of the group. Individual (FIT) booking Full payment must be made 7 days prior to Guest arrival unless prior arrangement have been made for credit facilities. Failure to comply with these conditions may result in cancellation of all reservations & arrangements without prior notice. In certain circumstances especially during block out dates, hotels will require advance deposit to secure the reservation. Such deposits are usually required on confirmation of rooms. A1 Travels will advice the agents, when such requirements arise. CANCELLATION POLICY Hotels, carriers, restaurants and contractors will charge cancellation fees depending upon the circumstances, these charges will be borne by the Agents concerned and A1 Travels cannot be held responsible for cancellation charges incurred due to unforeseen circumstances. Further, A1 Travels reserve the right to charge an administrative or cancellation fee for which communication cost have been incurred.
