Proposed Hours for Noisy Operations During Construction of the new Eastbound Innerbelt Bridge All demo and construction will take place from 6a-11p, 7-days-aweek. Hours will prohibit work on noisy operations nights from 11p-6a. Work times extended one (1) hour earlier and four (4) hours later than current city ordinance and includes Sat and Sun. Some activities must be performed at night due to decreased traffic volumes, more favorable temps or railroad allowances. These are generally quieter in nature. Contractor may work outside of these hours with prior approval from the city.
