Presentation Time There are 17 concurrent sessions and each session lasts for about 90 minutes to 120 minutes. The total session time should be allocated equally among speakers, with 15-20 minutes for each paper presentation and about 30 minutes for Question & Answer (Q&A), depending on the number of papers being presented in the session. The Session Chair should decide whether Q&A is conducted when all presentations have finished or after each presentation. Presenters will be informed by the Session Chair at the last 5 minutes of presentation. 4. All papers will be included in the conference proceedings that will be distributed when participants register on site. If paper presenter wants to distribute a hard copy of the paper or handout to participants, please prepare 30 copies for distribution. No photocopying service will be provided on site. 5. Presentation Equipments The following presentation equipments will be set in each meeting rooms: Microphones PC with LCD projector (Window 7/Vista, without CD/DVD Drive)* Projector is a VJA interface compatible. 6. Conference Bag Each registered participant will be given one set of conference materials. The following items will be included in the conference bag: Conference Proceedings (in a USB, 1 copy for each registered participant) Conference Programme Official receipt of the conference registration fee 1 Name tag 2 Presenters information (only for Session Chair) 1 A list of new/renewed members will be sent to the AIB Head Office after the Conference. AIB Head Office will inform participants of the membership status via e mail message. 2 Please wear your name tag to attend the conference activities for identification, particularly during lunch/dinner/evening cruise. 7. Hotel Check-in/ Check-out Time at The official check-in time is 14:00 and check-out time is 13:00. Please confirm your attendance by 12 November 2016 for meal arrangements. Lunch and dinner coupons will be provided, please be reminded to present it to the restaurant staff for arrangement. If your spouse/ family members/ friends would like to join the dinner, it costs CNY200 per person which is the cost price. Reservation for non-participants should be made by 19 November 2016 for further arrangement, payment on-site to GDUFS staff directly. Vegetarian/ Special Meal Requirement For those who have made special meal requirement, we will confirm them individually and their name tag will be marked for differentiation. For vegetarian, there will be variety choices of vegetarian dishes for lunch buffet. 10. Pearl River Evening Cruise Date: 3 December 2016, Saturday Time: 20:00 (please gather together for buses at the hotel lobby at 18:45) Boarding the Miracle, with light refreshment, at 19:50 (tentative) It is complimentary for registered participants. For spouse/ family members/ friends of participant, a cost of CNY88 per person will be charged.
