Brandon M. RUFF 5. Kimberly S. CROSS Involved (Juvenile) - Savannah J. OSTHEIMER Dep. Szakats, Dep. Bunting and I responded to 4817 Delematre Road for a possible physical domestic. The caller, Hailey Ostheimer, advised the involved subject, Ronald Ruff, is intoxicated and outside in the driveway. Dep. Szakats and Dep. Bunting arrived on scene first and made contact with Ronald. Ronald denied anything physical took place nor were threats of physical violence made on either parties behalf. Ronald was searched for weapons and placed in the rear of Dep Szakats' vehicle at this time. Michele Ostheimer, Ronald's live-in girlfriend, advised of a similar account. At this time I arrived on scene and spoke with Michele. Michele said she and Ronald had been arguing all morning and afternoon. Ronald was upset with Michele since last night she consumed alcoholic beverages and he does not like when she drinks. Michele was asked why her daughter, Hailey, would tell dispatch Ronald was getting physical with her and she stated Hailey is mentally challenged and gets upset easily. Dep. Szakats spoke with Ronald's son and their family friend, Kimberly Cross and Brandon Ruff, who were at the house during the argument. Each stated at no point did the two get physical nor were threats were made. Dep. Szakats also spoke with Michele's juvenile daughter, Savannah Ostheimer. Savannah showed Dep. Szakats a video of the Ronald and Michele arguing. At no point in the video did the two make any threats or get physical. Michele was asked if she was willing to leave for a few hours and she stated yes. Deputies stood by until Michele departed the residence. All were advised further disturbances could warrant criminal charges, advising they understood.
