UNDER STRUCTURING MODERNIZING THE ELECTRO NOROESTE S.A. POWER UTILITY Purchase through a new Special Purpose Corporation (EPE in Spanish) the right to subscribe new shares in ELECTRO NOROESTE S.A. (ENOSA) accounting for at least 50% of stock. FONAFE would cede its subscription rights to the EPE over at least 217,972,175 new Class E shares for a total value of S/. 1,.536,893, with face value of S/.1.00 each plus a S/. 0.50 subscription premium. UNDER STRUCTURING MICHIQUILLAY MINING PROJECT Objective: Developing Michiquillay, a porphyry copper and molybdenum deposit over 1 billion MT, with 0.63% Cu and 0.014% Mo grades, and a potential production rate of 80 thousand tons of ore per day. PREPARATION STAGE COLCA MINING PROJECT Objective: Developing a copper - gold porphyry project spanning 14,100 hectares. Two important mineralized zones have been identified, surrounded by other important properties with clear mining potential. Further drilling would define the deposit s potential and size. PREPARATION STAGE JALAOCA MINING PROJECT Objective: Developing two of the four identified targets: Pucasalla, a Cu- Au porphyry-skarn deposit, and Llamoja, a Cu-Mo porphyry deposit. TRANSACTION OPEN LONGITUDINAL DE LA SIERRA HIGHWAY. SECTION 4 Objective: To provide for improvement and rehabilitation works (117 km), initial periodic maintenance (503 km) and maintenance and operation of approximately 970 km of the Longitudinal Andean Highway, a major national road connecting 12 departments across the entire Andes. Responsible body: Ministry of Transportation and Communications Modality : Co-financed government initiative Investment amount (w/o. VAT): USD 464 MILLION Concession term: 25 years Area of influence: Junín, Huancavelica, Ayacucho, Apurímac and Ica. Estimated award date: Second half 2018 23

UNDER STRUCTURING PERIPHERAL RING ROAD Objective: To build a 33.2-km long beltway from 200 miles Circle to Circunvalación Avenue. Concession term: 30 years Area of influence: Lima and Callao Estimated award date: Second half 2018 26

PREPARATION STAGE LIMA AND CALLAO SUBWAY. LINE 3. Objective: Line 3 (North - South axis) of the Lima and Callao Subway will run approximately 38 kilometers long. The project will franchise Line 3's design, financing, construction, provision of electromechanical equipment, acquisition of rolling stock, and operation and maintenance. Responsible body: Ministry of Transportation and Communications Modality: Co-financed government initiative Investment amount (w/o VAT): USD 5.6 billion Concession term: 30 years. Area of influence: Lima and Callao Estimated award date: 2019-2020 27

PREPARATION STAGE LIMA AND CALLAO SUBWAY. LINE 4. 1/ (plus a 7.9 km branch concessioned to Lima Subway s Line 2 concessionaire). Objective: Line 4 (East - West axis) will have a length of approximately 23.2km/1 The Line s franchise comprises the design, financing, building, acquisition of rolling stock, and operation and maintenance. TRANSACTION OPEN BROADBAND FOR THE COMPREHENSIVE CONNECTIVITY AND SOCIAL DEVELOPMENT IN JUNÍN, PUNO, MOQUEGUA AND TACNA Objective: To increase access to telecommunications services, through: (i) the expansion of broadband carrier networks to district capitals, and (ii) providing access networks to services for the benefit of 845 rural areas. Responsible body: Ministry of Transportation and Communications Modality: Asset transfer project. Investment amount (w/o. VAT): USD 173 million Area of influence: : Junín, Puno, Moquegua and Tacna. UNDER REVIEW IMPROVEMENT AND EXPANSION OF THE WASTEWATER SEWERAGE AND TREATMENT SYSTEM FOR HUANCAYO, TAMBO AND CHILCA Objective: To design, finance, build and operate six new main collector pipelines, four wastewater pumping stations and one wastewater treatment plant, 80,700 m3 / d capacity. PREPARATION STAGE PUERTO MALDONADO WASTEWATER TREATMENT PLANT Objective: To design, finance, build, operate and maintain piping, treatment and disposal of wastewater system in the city of Puerto Maldonado.
