Management Issues (updated August 17, 2018) NWSEO often tackles problems repeatedly from the same managers. The color-coded branch list below can be used to identify and inform members of potential problem managers. The list is not indicative of underperforming branches or trouble-maker employees. In absolutely no way does it reflect the quality, character or abilities of the employees who work at those branches or branch performance. In fact, the dedicated employees at the yellow and red branches most often demonstrate a high caliber of work ethic as they continue to persevere in offices where management problems exist. NWSEO often tackles problems repeatedly from the same managers. The intent of the Management Issues list is to warn members of the possible implications to their career and morale if they bid on these offices. Please keep in mind that conditions may change over time and some managers are now working with NWSEO to improve their rating. Members who are interested in bidding in yellow and red coded offices are encouraged to investigate the working conditions and culture of the office by talking with other employees there.
