Letter of agreement This letter confirms that are willing to host Congress of European Society of Contraception and Reproductive Health (ESC) in 2020. Lithuanian Society of Contraceptology fully supports hosting the ESC Congress and are willing to follow the normal process in the organisation of the ESC congress as described by the ESC congress contract. There is no formal agreement between and ESC as long as there is no contract signed. understands that if the bid is accepted, it will only be made official by a signed contract with the ESC. The ESC Congress would be a challenge for local organizers, but it is also a very big opportunity to show Baltic region contraceptology actions and scientific achievements. Strengthening of collaboration between affiliated societies, stimulation of scientific contacts, attracting young people to the scientific research, discovering new historical places of Europe for participants from the other countries these are the main outcomes we expect from the ESC congress. It would be an honour for to host ESC Congress 2020 in Lithuania and to have an opportunity to show our beautiful country, culture, perfect organization and contraceptology scientific achievements.

Congress Venue The Lithunaia Society of Contraceptology propose venue for the ECE 2020 meeting Lithuanian Exhibition and Congress Centre LITEXPO, which is one of the largest and the most up-to-date exhibition and congress centres in the Baltic States. LITEXPO each year organize up to 600 various events. A large-scale international conference can be attended by more than 3 000 participants. LITEXPO has 9 halls of different size and type: from 30 to 1800 seats, equipped with the latest video and audio equipment. Each hall has excellent acoustics, functional lighting and smart yet easy to use video and audio equipment: high-resolution video projectors, motorized displays, speaker sets and simultaneous interpreting and discussion equipment of the highest sound quality.
