With three conference suites and additional meeting rooms we can cater for both large and small groups accommodating up to 300 delegates in theatre style, in the Allington alone. We have designed our conference packages to meet the needs of the business market. However, we appreciate your requirements may be different to our standard packages and can therefore design a package to suit your needs. To make life just that little bit simpler, our 8 and 24 hour delegate packs include room hire and standard equipment. One of our conference co-ordinators will work with you from your initial enquiry, through to your conference/meeting to ensure your requirements are met and your conference is a resounding success. The charm of the Ramada Resort Grantham and its perfect country location create an effective environment that helps you achieve the results you are looking for. Choosing a conference suite or meeting room Ample parking Newton Courtyard Our conference suites and meeting rooms are individually designed with their own character and charm. Free wi-fi is included in the room hire and delegate rates. In addition, all rooms have a screen, flipchart and pens. Further specialist equipment is avaliable on request. The Allington The Allington can accommodate up to 300 delegates in theatre style. the suite is self-contained with a bar, kitchen, outside seating and patio area and benefits from natural lighting. It is ideal for large banquets, seminars and exhibitions. The Newton Situated in the hub of the hotel, The Newton is ideal for private dining, conferences and functions. Accommodating up to 150 delegates in theatre style it can double up as either a conference or breakout room. The Barkston This light and airy room can accommodate up to 65 delegates in theatre style. The Marston and Hougham s Although separate suites, the Hougham and Marston suites are linked with toilet facilities. These suites can each accommodate up to 15 delegates comfortably and being self contained makes them the ideal place to carry out business undisturbed 2 3

The Allington The Allington, situated on the ground floor, benefits from natural lighting. This tastefully decorated and furnished suite has direct access from the car park. It has its own bar, reception area and adjacent kitchen, along with an outside seating and patio area. The Newton This charming room, situated on the ground floor opens out onto our delightful courtyard garden, where delegates can relax during their hard-earned coffee breaks. The Marston & Hougham s Although the Marston and Hougham are separate suites, they are linked with toilet facilities. These suites can each accommodate up to 15 delegates comfortably and being self contained makes them the ideal place to carry out business undisturbed.
