PLAN GOALS + OBJECTIVES The overall goal of the Ingham County Regional Trails and Parks Plan is to: facilitate the development of an interconnected network of regional multi-use trails by providing maps of current and future regional trail locations and by offering an implementation plan to guide prioritization and selection of trail projects.
