Dear Vintage Birds Members: First, CONGRATULATIONS to Dave and Tina Styf for another great rally in Shipshewana. I want to thank Dave, Tina, and all the rally attendees for making Sue and I feel welcome. We had a great time. We will be back. Sue and I went to buy a new RV couch, a car hauler, and get the AC fixed. The AC fixed itself and we did not have time to shop for the other items. Big Foot jack company was 10 miles away, but they could not fix my jack until July. So I limped home via Michigan and Tennessee with 3 working jacks. However, Randy has the pump I need and I bought it. Randy saved me $200 on the part. My roaming is over for now, but I am anxiously waiting on September, for the fun to begin. We will start in Cape Cod for a Vintage Bird Alan Darson Rally. Not a member? Then join or come as my guest. Bottom line is we want you there. I have never been there and this is Alan s back yard. So we will see the good stuff. Alan also likes to go off the tourist map. Then we go to the Williamsburg Vintage Bird Rally hosted by Jan Mohr and Ken Doyle. They live in the area, so once again we will be guided to must see places by locals. Jan is an experienced planner and Ken is an electronics guru. So let the good times roll. We plan to leave there for the Family of Friends Rally in Sevierville, Tn. at Riverside RV Park. Always great to see ole friends at that rally. We will have a convoy of Bluebirds heading there from Williamsburg.

The convoy will continue to Pine Mountain for the WOG rally put on by Randy Dupree and Kip Henry. Shane will be smoking Boston Butt for the big meal sponsored by Coachcraft on his personal grill like he has done in the past. I plan to help cut the meat and cut up period. This is the largest gathering of Bluebirds period, and I encourage you to attend. So mark your calendars for September and October for fun and fellowship. Join me in making Bluebird memories!!!! See you at the next Rally. Richard Ramsey As a Great American Said We are all orphan Birds of a feather, so let s Flock together. Vintage Birds members Brian and Renee Nyhof are picking up the hosting responsibilities for the End of Summer Rally at Ludington, Michigan September 6-9 from Ron and Dorinda Rueckwald. Rallies are a great benefit to owning a Bird and every rally is important. Thanks for continuing this fun rally!

Send us stories and pictures of trips, locations, events Although not billed as an official rally, Dan and Liz Harris took in the Morel Mushroom Fest this year. They have the honor of being the first ever Bluebird in the history of the parade. The 2019 Morel Mushroom Fest will be May 17, 18 & 19. Guests would be welcome before and after those dates of course. Accommodations will be determined by the number of Birds! We have parking for 3 at our place and other options if a flock of birds did show up.
