No refund will apply. o If new route results in greater miles than original MPM : Tickets may be upgraded to a higher RWSTAR fare upon payment of the difference in fare recalculated from the point of origin plus a rerouting / reissue charge o If new routing is no longer RTW travel : ollect the difference if any between the fare paid & the applicable fare for the new journey calculated from the point of origin plus a rerouting / reissue charge No refund applies if the recalculated fare for the new journey is lower than the RWSTAR / YRWSPL fare paid o Tickets may be upgraded to a higher RWSTAR fare upon payment of the fare difference, recalculated from the point of origin plus a rerouting / reissue charge o Rerouting / reissue charge: US$125 per reissue and document fee of RM100 per ticket (Adult / hild / Infant) o If SK Business Sleeper is not used due to rerouting refund surcharge of US$600 less a rerouting / reissue charge o Exception: In the event of death of the passenger as evidenced by a certificate, immediate family members or accompanying passengers may reroute the remainder of the journey without charge ancellations / Refund : o RWSTAR / YRWSPL: After ticketing or ticketing deadline, charge US$150 and document fee of RM500 per ticket for cancel/no show/refund. Waived for death of passenger, family member or accompanying passengers. o After departure, refund if any will be the difference between the fare paid & the applicable fare for the journey traveled. o No refund applies when downgrading from a higher to a lower RWSTAR fare o No refund applies when Business passengers travel on Singapore Airlines Economy Plus on SQ19/SQ20 without surcharge o The ticket is not valid if the first coupon has not been used and will not be honored if all the coupons are not used in the sequence provided in the ticket Airport taxes, Airline Insurance taxes, and Fuel Surcharges are not included in the airfares displayed because they may be subject to frequent revisions by airlines and also they may be subject to currency fluctuations.
