A Special Message from your Board of Directors The parking lot known as the North Lot, located nearest the shuffleboard courts, will be limited to handicap parking only on a first come, first basis, during special events at Hawthorne. Such events include but are not limited to Shuffleboard Tournaments, Orchestra Performance, Choral Performances, Entertainments Series, and Concert Series. In order to use to use the North Lot such special events, you must have either a handicapped license plate or a handicapped placard hanging from your rearview mirror. Please understand that the parking volunteers are carrying out the rules and treat them with respect. A Message from the General Manager Boat gas is available at the Marina Tuesday at 9:00 AM and Fridays at 1:00 PM by appointment. Please sign up by calling 787-1000. If no one signs up for gas, the gas truck will not be sent to the Marina. Gas sold at the Marina is ethanol free and it is more expensive than normal gas station blends.
