In response to Councillor Susan Durant seeking further clarification and expressing her concerns with regard Enforcement Case, 15/00348/M, the Head of Development Management, Richard Purcell, undertook to raise the issue with the relevant Head of Service and request that Councillor Durant be provided with a written response indicating what action was going to be undertaken by the Local Authority to resolve the issue. RESOLVED that the Planning Enforcement Cases received and closed for the period of 12th August to 7th September, 2015, be noted. 3
