Riverfront Park Public Amenities Overview With an extension of the regional Snohomish Riverfront Trail, street improvements to link with a new transit facility, and creation of a signature park that serves as a destination and focal point for the new community, these public amenities complement and integrate with adjacent commercial and residential development. The long-term vision for this new lifestyle community incorporates multi-modal transportation and recreation into the fabric of the residential and commercial development. The master plan and phased development strategy has provided the City with valuable guidance in the restoration of trail, wetlands, shoreline, and park. Residential Overview Everett Riverwalk is a new model of how to live in the Northwest, combining access to woods, trails, open space and parks with an urban-village lifestyle of convenience. Riverwalk 220 residential multi-family rental residences anticipated to be completed with the entertainment district of the commercial community following successful launch of central retail district with your store. Retail Overview The site will consist of 450,000 sf of neighborhood, big box and entertainment and restaurants in a stunning natural setting along the Snohomish River. The Riverfront District will be a sustainable shopping environment featuring best in class retail situated in the heart of an urban village setting serving North Snohomish County. Designed with a personality that fits the Northwest lifestyle as well as one that will engage the river, the buildings will have unique spaces, memorable experiences and building details that connect with the community. Demographic Overview Located in the heart of the fast growing Snohomish County trade area with an average house hold income of over &71,000 with a population of over 230,000. Riverwalk will be the first major high caliber and neighorhood retail development focused on meeting these needs in this fast-growing area.
