NOBU World-class master chef, Nobuyuki Nobu Matsuhisa expands his eponymous empire with his first restaurant in Africa. His innovative blend of classically styled Japanese cuisine incorporates South African seafood with indigenous spices and Peruvian influences. The upper level Nobu Lounge features a selection of Sakes, plum wines, Japanese beers and Sake and Shochu based cocktails. The state of the art facility offers an internal space of 950m 2 on two levels which can accommodate up to 700 guests. THE YACHT Cruise along the Atlantic Coast with dolphins and drop anchor in the still waters of Clifton Beach whilst sipping on champagne and enjoying the culinary delights prepared by One&Only Cape Town s chefs. Choose from a one hour cruise to a full day out at sea on a luxury yacht, moored next to the hotel in the V&A Waterfront Marina. The beautifully designed motorised yacht can accommodate up to 20 passengers. CATAMARAN CRUISES Depart the V&A Waterfront Marina and enjoy the rich history and marine life as you cruise beyond the breakwater. Enjoy nature with Table Mountain as your backdrop onboard the beautiful catamaran as you look out for whales, dolphins, penguins, seals, giant sunfish and a huge variety of bird life.
