Directions to Best Rentals From the Northeast or East-side: Take I-465 East to I-70 West towards Downtown. Take the Ohio St exit. All About Renting IN STORE HOURS Our office hours are Monday - Friday 9 am - 5 pm and Saturday 8 am - 12 Noon. Equipment pick-up and return hours are Monday - Friday 9:30 am - 4:30 pm and Saturday 8:30 am - 11:30 am. RATES All rental rates are quoted upon the number of days customer s event is scheduled. Weekends are typically considered a one day rental. Events lasting longer than one day are subject to higher rental rates. All rental charges are measured from the time the equipment is out of Licensor s possession until the time of return, not time used. Rates are subject to change without notice. PAYMENTS We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We do not accept cash or pre-paid cards. We require photo identification when picking up rental equipment. CANCELLATIONS A 25% deposit is required at the time of renting equipment. Tent deposit is 100%. The deposit is not refundable. The deposit amount will be applied to the rental contract. Final payment is due two days prior to delivery. In-store orders must be paid for upon in-store pick-up. DELIVERY AND PICK UP Delivery and pick up services are available at an additional charge. These arrangements are to be made in advance of delivery and pick up. Delivery charges are assessed per location. Delivery is defined as to your door or dock and does not include carrying items inside or setting up or tearing down equipment. Set up and or tear down is available for an additional charge. Customer must be present for set up and tear down unless otherwise prearranged. If a customer is not available for set up or tear down when Licensor arrives, Licensor will set up or tear down equipment in such a manner as Licensor deems appropriate. DAMAGE WAIVER Customer shall pay a non-refundable fee of 8% of the rental fee. This cost covers wear and tear of the equipment and is not insurance. This fee relieves the customer of the cost of minor damages and repairs to the equipment. This fee does not cover material damage, theft, loss, vandalism, misuse, abuse or missing equipment and customer should be separately liable. All broken pieces relating to equipment must be returned to Licensor. TENTING Licensor reserves the right to deliver tenting prior to the event date or pick up after the event date based upon weather conditions or scheduling. All tenting requires a fire safety package. Safety package cost varies according to tent size. An evacuation plan must be completed for every tent rental. RENTAL EQUIPMENT USE Customer is responsible for all rental equipment from time of receipt to time of return. Customer must rinse and repack all china, silverware, glassware, etc. in the containers supplied. Customer is responsible to make linens dry and refuse free to prevent mildew and staining. Customer must return hangers and skirting clips. Items missing or not meeting these conditions are subject to additional fees. 2
Ten Helpful Hints for Planning a Successful Party: 1. Plan ahead as far as possible to insure your choices will be available when you want them. 2. Determine your budget. Best Rentals will help you select and share cost saving tips to make your event affordable. 3. Plan your party with a theme. 4. Choose a venue or site to host your event. 5. Determine the number of guests for your event. 6. Meet and choose a caterer to determine the type of food and cost. 7. Send out invitations at least eight (8) weeks prior to your event. 8. Determine other professional needs, including florist, photographer, bakery, entertainment, decorations, and party favors. 9. Determine if accommodations and transportation will be necessary for your invited guests. 10. Finalize all aspects of your event with the professionals that you have chosen at least one week out prior to your event. 3
