SPORT FISHING EXPEDITIONS IN THE AMAZON - COLOMBIA Expedition departure dates: September 20/ October 04 and 18/ November 01, 11 and 22 of 2015 July 18, Aug 08 and 22, Sept 05 and 19, Oct 17, Nov 07 and 21 of 2015 These dates correspond to seasons of drought or low waters in the Amazon Basin of Colombia, with a third or fourth part of the rainfall that usually characterizes December through the end of April. It could be generalized that there is a large chance of sunny days. Each one of the expedition departure dates will be confirmed and the expedition will take place once the first eight (8) participants are registered. It is also possible to arrange different departure dates with a minimum of eight (8) fishermen. Registration will close once the capacity is full (usually of 18 participants), or in any case 30 days prior to the departure date.

Day 01. Arrival at Bogotá: Transportation from the airport to Hotel Ibis. Dinner and an informative meeting about the sport- fishing expedition and general information. Day 02. Air flight to Leticia in the Amazon: Breakfast. Transportation from your hotel to the airport and airfare included to Leticia, the capital of the department of the Amazon. Arrival and cocktail welcoming. Transportation to the hotel and check-in. Accommodation in Hotel Guaira, Yurupary or similar. Lunch and City tours around Leticia, Ethnographic Museum, Serpentarium, and park. In the afternoon we will go to Tabatinga in Brazil, which is separated from Leticia by a single street. Technically speaking it is the same population and community, but the authorities of both countries decided to separate the two parts by that Street. Dinner and garotas show in Tabatinga. Return to Leticia and accommodation. Day 03, Day 04, Day 05, Day 06 y Day 07- Sport-fishing days include: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Beverages (non-alcoholic drinks) all day Fishing in different modalities such as: bait cast, spinning, fly cast Activities in different rivers, canals, and lakes Fish from our boats Bank fishing, Nocturnal fishing (3) Permanent transportation in our boats Communication devices Native tour guides of indigenous communities Bilingual expedition coordinator: Spanish- English- German Social- cultural activities with the indigenous communities of the Amazon Lake Tarapoto. Visit to Tabatinga Day 08. Leticia Bogotá: Breakfast. Sunrise fishing and countryside breakfast. Lunch and air flight Leticia Bogotá (included). Arrival at Bogota and transportation to Hotel Ibis or similar. Farewell Dinner with integration activities in order to share experiences and gives corresponding awards, trophies and certificates. Day 09. Bogotá End of services: Breakfast. At the time that will be indicated, you will be transported to take your flight (not included) and return to your destination. End of our services. Price per person as much expedition: From 04-08 fishermen - Price per person: $ 5'844.000. From 09 to 16 fishermen - Price per person: $ 4'984.000. The above prices apply only double or triple accommodation. For single accommodation (individual) 15% surcharge per person value. By way of illustration only, or approach, the value of the dollar as the average TRM second half of 2014 is 1900 pesos per dollar. The services described and departure dates will be confirmed once we have the participation of at least four fishermen. You can also set different dates but those connected with the participation of at least four (4) anglers.

For reservations and payments: 1.- Fill in the form attached and send it to our emails: clubdepescacolombiaviva@gmail.com turismo.corporativo@gmail.com gerencia@odretours.com 2.-You will receive an email with the confirmation of availability. 3.- Once we have confirmed space availability for the date you requested, you have five business days to make the first payment in the amount of One Thousand Two Hundred Dollars (1200 USD). This first payment will cover the first block of hotels, and airfare Bogotá- Leticia- Bogotá. 3.1.- If in a period of time longer than 10 calendar days after you received an availability confirmation we have not received your first payment, your reservation will be automatically canceled and the space will be given to another applicant. 4.- You should make another payment or second payment 60 days prior to the beginning of the expedition for the amount of One Thousand Two Hundred Dollars (1200 USD). This second payment will cover the rest of the hotels, private ecological reserves and airfare. 5.- The amount left to complete the full value must be paid 30 days before the first day of your fishing expedition. This payment is destined to pay the local tour guides and logistics. TOUR DOES NOT INCLUDE: International airfare or others not mentioned are not included. Fishing equipment Alcoholic beverages Laundry services, phone calls and other services that are not related to day to day activities. Tips to the native tour guides and boaters are suggested but not mandatory- 100 USD. Personal expenses and any other services that not specified. Trip conditions: The participation of alcoholics or drug addicts is prohibited. The consumption psychotropic substances and/or any drug is prohibited. People who are caught consuming these substances or in a state which its use is evident, will be removed from the expedition immediately without the organizer s obligation to reimburse any sum of money. The transportation by land or water is offered as a private service. The international airfare and/or the entrance to or from Colombia are NOT included. You must bring all your fishing equipment. The following will be provided and is included in the price of the expedition: Airfare Bogotá Leticia Bogotá. Native tour guides who know the fishing zones. English, German and Russian coordinators of the fishing expedition, minimum 6 fishermen. Transportation for traveling through river. All the food mentioned in italics and bold, each day. Beverages such as water, soft drinks, juices and fruits for each day of fishing. Five (5) nights of accommodation in Amazonas (Leticia and Reserva Yavary Tukano ) Two (2) nights of accommodation in Bogotá. All the services and entrances to the places of interest described each day. Transportation by land or water necessary for the expedition. Tools to document your fish: weights, measuring tape. Availability of some types of bait. Availability for you to buy twine, hooks, flies Refrigerator with ice for fishing days. First aid kit.

General Recommendations for the Trip: Clothing: tropical and light cotton shorts or pants for the day and long pants and long-sleeved shirts for the evening. Fishermen hat or cap, we recommend insect preventing hats Sneakers, ankle-length leather boots, or ankle-length rubber boots It is obligatory to bring mining or caving flashlights. Bring rechargeable batteries for flights and cameras. To recharge the batteries in your flashlights, cameras, cell phones, radios or satellite phones, we inform you that in Colombia 110 volt power is used. Any medicine you normally require. Insect repellent. Sun block with minimum 50 spf. You must take 3 pills of vitamin B for 10 days prior to the trip as well as throughout the trip. It is recommended to additionally take a strong injection of vitamin B the day before the trip. MANDATORY: Take vaccines against Yellow Fever and Tetanus. It is also mandatory that you acquire your Vaccination card and bring it to the trip. Take plastic bags, such as Ziploc(s) to shelter your documents and prevent that they get wet. Larger but sealed bags of the same material are suggested to store wet clothes and prevent fungi. Other bags can be used to protect electronic equipment. You MUST complete the form of Ecological Responsibility, where you declare that you understand, compromise and accept that all your catches will be returned to their environment once they are documented. There will only be exceptions previously authorized by the organizer, one fish per fishermen. The days that we will be in the jungle you will barely need anything, perhaps a beer or beautiful hand-crafted souvenirs produced by indigenous tribes, as well as tips (not mandatory) to tour guides and boaters. We recommend to take Colombian pesos such as $2.000, $5.000, $10.000 up to $20.000 (pesos). These are equivalent to: 1 USD, 2.5 USD, 5 USD and 10 USD. The quality of our healthcare services is great when an emergency takes place, the policy covers the medical care required. Although we have one, it is not a bad idea that you acquire another policy in your home country. OUR EXPEDITION DOES INCLUDE: AIRFARE TAXES BOGOTÁ LETICIA - BOGOTÁ. ENTRANCE TO THE AMAZON TAXES NACIONAL NATURAL PARK TAXES ACCOMODATION IN BOGOTÁ TWO (2) NIGHTS. ACCOMODATION IN LETICIA ONE (1) NIGHT. ACCOMODATION IN A CAMP THREE (3) NIGHTS. ACCOMODATION IN PUERTO NARIÑO ONE (1) NIGHT. ALL TRASPORTATION IS PRIVATE. ALL TRASPORTATION BY WATER. GUIDED TOURS BY LAND OR RIVER. LOGISTICS MANAGER EXPEDITION COORDINATOR SPEAK SPANISH, ENGLISH AND GERMAN (minimum 6 fishermen). FOOD: FROM THE FIRST DINNER UPON ARRIVAL UNTIL BREAKFAST OF THE FINAL DAY. TRAVELLER INSURANCE IMPORTANT WARNING: Our Tour Operators Agencies Odretours International and the Club Internacional de Pesca Deportiva Payara, in compliance with the laws established in Colombia, warn the participants of this expedition that the abuse and sexual exploitation of minors is considered a federal crime and sanctioned as such. If we are witnesses of a situation that will put in danger any minor, it will be reported to the competent authorities.
