AEROTHAI ATSEP Training Status 2017 In 2013, ATSEP Training course was implemented and Compliance with ICAO Doc.7192 Part E2, 2011 135 engineers accomplished ATSEP training course. Training materials were developed by AEROTHAI experts who have certified ICAO course developer. ATSEP Certificate issues by AEROTHAI To operate CNS/ATM system, currently ATSEP licensing is not required by the CAAT (Regulator).

TMCS Project Status In 2008, AEROTHAI awarded LFV Swedavia Sweden to design Future ATM Operation Concept and ATMC Implementation Plan. In 2013, AEROTHAI selected Thales ATM products: Topsky-ATC, Topsky-Tower, Topsky-Simulation In 2015,AEROTHAI awarded Helios for safety assessment Consultancy. At present, TMCS is in the process of transition from the legacy system to the New ATM system (TMCS), it will be operated in 2018.

Training Obstacles Delay of equipment delivery causes delay of training plan Development of training resources and materials is time consumption, it increases working workload of expert (OJT instructor, SME, Course developers) Trainee have fixed working schedule, it s difficult to setup training schedule for them.
Future of AEROTHAI Engineer s English proficiency Accomplish recognized ATSEP training courses Maintain working competency and hold ATSEP certificate and valid ATSEP license Working in CNS/ATM system worldwide
AEROTHAI s Future Direction to be a High Performance Organization, we will utilize Competency-Based System to enhance staff s working performance for all working units ATM Network Management Center Bangkok Area & Approach Control Centers
