Then, within 60 days of receipt of the application, you will be notified if you have been confirmed. When is payment due? In the rare instance that the scheduled flight is overbooked, the airline reserves the right to restrict the usage of the promotional ticket on the flight. The participant will be rebooked on the next available flight on the same carrier, without any other form of compensation. In turn, Collette will work with the airline and assist with any other accommodations that may be necessary to continue the educational tour.
