Main St., Norman, OK Thursday, March 10, 2016 12:00am Depart for Dallas Love Field 4:00am Arrive at Dallas Love Field and drop group (Breakfast will be on own at Love Field Terminal) 6:40am Group One departs on Southwest Flight 3483 to NY La Guardia Group Two: Two Chartered Motor Coaches for 100 passengers Thursday, March 10, 2016 3:30am Stage at Norman High School 911 W. Main St., Norman, OK 4:30am Depart for Dallas Love Field 8:30am Arrive at Dallas Love Field and drop group (Cash allowance will be provided for lunch at Love Field Terminal) 11:00am Group Two departs on Southwest Flight 1520 to NY La Guardia

Thursday, March 10, 2016 Group One Arrival: 10:50am Arrives at La Guardia and meets their Anthem Group Tours Representative at baggage claim and is escorted to motor coaches 12:00pm Group One arrives at Hotel with Anthem Representatives Luggage will be stored and group will enjoy Pizza Party for lunch Hampton Inn Times Square North 851 8 th Avenue, New York, NY 10019 212 581-4100 1:00pm After lunch group will walk to Times Square for free time and shopping Please note: If anyone wants to come back to hotel to check in prior to dinner Anthem Representatives will be available to assist with that request. Please make sure you arrive before 5:00pm. If you prefer to wait until after the show, that is also fine. Group Two Arrival: 3:10pm Arrives at La Guardia and meets their Anthem Group Tours Representatives at baggage claim and is escorted to motor coaches 4:20pm Group Two arrives at Hotel with Anthem Representatives for check in (After check in, group will make their way through Times Square to meet at Hard Rock Café) 6:00pm Groups One and Two arrive and meet Anthem Representatives for Dinner at Hard Rock Café 1501 Broadway, New York, NY 10036 7:30pm Dinner Concludes and entire group walks to Gershwin Theater for Broadway Show (Wicked) where Anthem Representative will pass out tickets 222 W. 51 st. St., New York, NY 10019 8:00pm Group enjoys Wicked 10:30pm Broadway Show concludes and group walks to hotel Group One will get room keys and luggage out of storage for check in w assistance from Anthem Representatives if they didn t check in prior Please note: The Gershwin Theater is across the street from the hotel Once check in is completed, lights out and rest up for tomorrow s activities Friday, March 11, 2016 Today s Notes: *Group members may opt to go to Rockefeller Center to see The Today Show. This will be on your own and please make sure you are back in time to catch the motor coach city tour. FYI: The hotel begins serving breakfast at 6:00am.

*Today we will be embarking on a hop on, hop off guided tour on motor coaches and you will also be doing a good deal of walking. As always, please wear comfortable shoes. Flip flops or flats are not recommended!! *Today is Performance Day so please make sure instruments and uniforms are loaded onto the motor coaches prior to departing hotel at 8:00am *Although we have had 2 groups per flight, Breakfast will need to be in 3 Shifts. Anthem and your chaperones will advise you which Shift you are in so please make sure you are aware of your Shift number: 6:45am Shift 1 Breakfast at hotel 7:05am Shift 2 Breakfast at hotel 7:25am Shift 3 Breakfast at hotel 8:00am Group loads Four motor coaches and departs on Guided City tour (approximately 5.5 hours and will make stops at Brooklyn Bridge (which we will walk across), Rockefeller Center, St. Patrick s Cathedral, Central Park and Lincoln Center and will feature views of Washington Square Park, Greenwich Village, the Flatiron District, Madison Square Garden and more!)* *Exact sights and stops are subject to change at the discretion of the tour guides 12:00pm Lunch is included and will take place during tour (boxed lunches) 1:30pm Tour ends at Kaufman Music Center, 129 W 67th St, New York, NY 10036 2:00pm Norman High School Band and Orchestra will both participate in a workshop with Broadway Conductors 4:00pm Workshop concludes and group loads equipment truck Please return instruments and uniforms to the motor coaches. Once equipment truck and coaches are loaded, group will be split into Concert Group and Cruise Group: Concert group will depart with Anthem Representative for dinner at John s Pizzeria via subway 260 W 44 th St. 10036 (students with instruments will need to arrange to give their instrument to a sponsor on the bus going back to hotel). 5:30pm Group is seated for dinner 7:00pm Dinner concludes and group walks to Carnegie Hall (15 to 20 min) 7:20pm Group arrives at Carnegie Hall for American Pops Concert 8:00pm Concert begins 10:00pm Concert concludes and Anthem Representative walks group to hotel (10 min)

Cruise group will load motor coaches with Anthem Representative and depart for hotel to unload instruments. We will need to make this transition quickly to re-board coaches and depart for 61 Chelsea Piers. 6:00pm Group arrives at Chelsea Piers 6:30pm Group boards Ship 7:00pm Group sets sail on Spirit Dinner and DJ Dance Cruise with spectacular views of New York 9:30pm Cruise concludes and Anthem Representative walks group to subway station at 23 rd St. and 8 th Ave. Group boards the C and E Train to 50 th St and then walks to hotel. Saturday, March 12, 2016 Today s Notes: *Today s schedule will again require a great deal of walking, probably the most walking day of the trip. As always, please wear comfortable shoes. Flip flops or flats are not recommended!! *Tonight is Daylight Savings Time so please remember to set clocks up one hour. We will get one hour sleep less so plan accordingly. *Although we have had 2 groups per flight, Breakfast will need to be in 3 Shifts. Anthem and your chaperones will advise you which Shift you are in so please make sure you are aware of your Shift number: 7:30am Shift 3 Breakfast at hotel 7:50am Shift 1 Breakfast at hotel 8:10am Shift 2 Breakfast at hotel 9:00am Group takes subway to Battery Park with Anthem Representatives -- Group will board the 1 Train at 50 th St. and disembark at South Ferry Upon arrival, Group will have free time to explore Battery Park 10:00am Group begins walk to 9-11 Memorial and Museum (Walk will include stops at Charging Bull Statue, NY Stock Exchange and St. Paul s Chapel) 11:00am Group arrives at and visits 9-11 Memorial and Museum {Please note: We will be split into 2 groups for entry into the museum. Group One will be allowed entry at 11:00am and Group Two will enter at 11:30am. Your Anthem Representatives will be on hand to manage the entry times for each group.} 12:30pm Lunch is included as a $12 stipend or at location TBA 1:30pm Group makes way to Chinatown/Little Italy via subway Group will board the R Train at Cortlandt St. and disembark at Canal St. 2:00pm Group enjoys free time and shopping in Chinatown/Little Italy

4:30pm Group One meets Anthem Representative for Dinner at Puglia s Little Italy 189 Hester St., New York, NY 10013 {Please note: We will be split into 2 groups for dinner. Group One will be seated at 5:00pm while Group Two enjoys free time. Group Two will be seated at 6:15pm while Group One enjoys free time. Anthem Representatives will be coordinating the 2 group meal seatings. 7:30pm Dinner concludes and both groups depart for Empire State Building via subway Group will board the NQ Train at Canal St. and disembark at 34 th St./Herald Square 8:30pm Group enjoys spectacular nighttime views of New York from atop the Empire State Building 10:30pm Group returns to hotel via subway Group will board the NQR Train at Herald Square and disembark at 49 th St. Sunday, March 13, 2016 Group checks out of hotel and will store luggage Today s Notes: *Remember time change is in effect today so times listed below are one hour earlier than yesterday. *Today s schedule will again require a great deal of walking. Main St., Norman, OK 73069 Monday, March 14, 2016 2:30am Arrive at Norman High School *Each traveler on this tour will receive one Unlimited MTA MetroCard to be utilized for subway fare. Anthem Group Tours will not be responsible for the purchase or refund of lost or stolen MetroCards or any other admission tickets included in this itinerary. Unlimited Ride MetroCard Conditions of Use: Cannot be used again at the same subway station or the same bus route for at least 18 minutes. Cannot be used by or transferred to another person until the completion of a trip for which entry was obtained.
