4. The Planning Kit of Parts
Planning Framework Considerations Flex and grow key berth and logistical infrastructure needed to ensure we can accommodate the needs of larger cruise ships and continue to offer a quality guest experience. Continue the spirit and brand of the waterfront; the work that has already been done through the community over the last 20 years Be consistent at each berth location; minimum level of service Expand access to the water s edge and explore new ways to interface and enjoy the waterfront Allow planned investment to yield increasing economic and social benefit to Ketchikan and its Citizens.
