SUPERVISION: We provide assistance on each tour, but the exact level of assistance varies with the trip type. General staff to member ratio is 1:4. This will include an experienced supervisor. Additional staff can be hired to address particular needs. Travelers requiring one-on-one supervision may chose to bring their own support person for an additional price. ROOM OCCUPANCY: Rooming accommodations are based on dual occupancy with two queen sized beds. If you require your own room, a request must be made in advance and additional fees will be assessed. CANCELLATION, REFUNDS, AND CHANGES: If you decide to cancel the trip you must notify us in writing or call at least 30 days prior to the departure date for bus/van tours, air, train, or cruise tours. We will return your money, less the $50 cancellation fee. However, if we have already purchased airline or other non-refundable tickets for you, you will be responsible for these charges. We cannot offer air ticket refund even in the case of illness. We are purchasing tickets only as an agent, on behalf and per your order. Any requests for ticket cost refunds must be done directly with the carrier. No refund will be issued if the traveler is refused boarding due to lack of proper identification or with international travel, a valid passport. Any cancelation after 30 days prior to departure there will be no refunds. DOCUMENTATION: Travel within the U.S.A. Valid photo identification issued by a government agency (driver s license, passport, military I.D, ext.) International travel Caribbean Islands - A Valid Passport or Gov t Id and Birth Certificate LIABILITY LIMITS: We shall not be liable for any bodily injury or property damage that may result from weather, theft, or strike. We reserve the right to substitute hotels, transportation, activities, and to alter the itinerary when necessary. We reserve the right to modify prices and trip dates with advance notice. POST-TRIP CHARGES: If we incur any of the following charges on your behalf during your trip, you will receive a bill for such charges after the trip. These charges include, but are not limited to long distance phone charges, pay TV charges, charges made by airlines for special assistance, excess baggage charges, toiletry, clothing, or medical charges we made on your behalf, and extra lodging or meal charges caused by public transport delays or weather beyond our control. For air travel the cost includes one piece of luggage.
