OUR FACILITIES UPPER/LOWER CABINS Living quarters consist of lodges with two open dorm rooms, each sleeping eight to twelve people in bunk beds, one bathroom and shower area shared by all members of that lodge, and a staff sleeping area. Total occupancy of the Upper Cabins is 82 (28, 26, and 26 respectively) and 72 for the Lower Cabins (28,26, and 18). TWEEN CREEKS Our Tween Creeks cabins can sleep up to ten people and are situated on a separate part of the campus. There are six cabins in total. Groups staying at Tween Creeks also have access to a covered pavilion complete with fireplace, electrical outlets and picnic tables. DAVIES HALL Davies Hall is a modern, winterized dining area that can accommodate up to 147 people. This building is a multi-purpose facility and is often used in the event of inclement weather. It is equipped with Wifi access, a large movie screen and a projector.
THE ENVIRONMENTAL CENTER Our Environmental Center can hold up to 57 people and is a great indoor space for lessons, activities and meetings. DAY CAMP With over 65 acres of fields and woodlands, the Day Camp provides the perfect venue for wedding receptions, company picnics, family reunions or outdoor worship services. In the event of inclement weather, there are two pavilions, a large indoor dining space as well as smaller indoor meeting space. PAVILIONS Our four pavilions are covered structures that can be used as gathering spaces, activity stations as well as staging areas for picnics and other outdoor gatherings. Two of the four have electrical capabilities and each can hold between 40-50 people.
OUR PROGRAMS AND SERVICES GROUP CHALLENGE COURSE/TEAMBUILDING/LOW ROPES COURSE The group challenge and low ropes programs feature over 16 elements that focus on essential team skills such as trust, communication, and cooperation. Groups are guided in planning and then carrying out team oriented solutions to logistical and physical challenges. All of our group challenges are able to be customized to the needs of the group. Our staff are specialized in group dynamics and inclusion. CLIMBING TOWER Our 30 foot climbing tower has two levels of difficulty and is suitable for participants ages 8 and up. We also have a vertical playpen; a climbing challenge that requires two participants to work together in tandem. Team members who are apprehensive about climbing can still be actively involved by learning how to back up belay, thus performing a function essential to the groups success.
ENVIRONMENTAL EDUCATION ACTIVITIES Bring your group out to our scenic 235 acres and participate in a number of environmental education activities led by one of our Teacher Naturalists. Wetland ecology, animal tracking, wilderness survival, birding and sustainable farming are just a few of the lessons we offer.

The Mission of College Settlement is to provide camping programs and services to young people from the greater Philadelphia area, especially those who are economically disadvantaged, in order to foster personal growth through understanding, acceptance, respect for self, others and our natural world by means of enjoyable, experiential and environmental educational activities. Please note that a major portion of all rental fee go towards providing summer camp opportunities for children from the greater Philadelphia metropolitan area.
