Please note that the price of each does not necessarily reflect the standard of accommodation. On receipt of your Registration Form advising your choice of hotel we will make the reservation on your behalf with the hotel and forward an Accommodation Confirmation, a copy of which will be forwarded to yourself. The hotel may then contact you direct to request their required deposit. Please note that should you have to cancel prior to the event or on the day of arrival the hotel reserve the right to hold your deposit or charge one night s accommodation as a cancellation payment. All reservations for accommodation, including any amendments/additions/cancellations, are to be made through the Conference Organisers in order to obtain the rates as shown. Full payment for your accommodation booking is to be made directly to the hotel on departure, unless alternative arrangements have been made with the Conference Organisers. 1. Alamah Guest House 200 metre from the Conference Venue The Alamah has been a Guest House since 1978 and has many returning guests who compliment the proprietor on providing "a breakfast to set them up for the day". Built in the late 1880 s as a private residence the Alamah still retains much of it s original character, having been sympathetically modernized and refurbished. All rooms have en-suite shower rooms, generous hospitality trays, complimentary quality soap, shower gel and body moisturiser, a hairdryer, freeview tvs with remote control, ipod alarm clock docks and individually, thermostatically controlled radiators. A centrally located iron and ironing board and shoe cleaning kit is available. The Alamah has an off-street parking area available. 2. Arden Guest House - 3 minute walk to the Conference Venue Arden House provides 4 star bed and breakfast accommodation in Harrogate. It is ideally located on a tree-lined road just a short stroll from the Harrogate International Conference Centre and the Town Centre. With 14 comfortable en-suite (with shower) bedrooms which offer Egyptian cotton bed linen, power showers, flat screen TV, free Wifi, quality range of toiletries, and hospitality trays. Start your day off in style to a substantial Arden House breakfast. Whether it's a traditional full English breakfast or Scottish smoked salmon and scrambled egg on toast, complimented by a selection of cereals, juices, fresh fruits, teas and coffee, the breakfast at Arden House is certainly worth waking up for. Arden House is licensed and have an excellent honesty bar. There is private car park with security lighting available. Please note: a minimum of 2 nights stay is required at this hotel.

Cairn Hotel -500 metres from the Conference Venue The Cairn Hotel is set in 4 acres of private gardens and is known as Harrogate's friendliest hotel and creates a home from home atmosphere for all guests. The hotel is 3 Star RAC rated and is located a 5 minutes walk from the centre of town and Harrogate International Centre. In total the hotel has 135 bedrooms all with en-suite facilities, colour television, direct dial telephone, hospitality tray, trouser press, baby listening service, 24 hour room service and central heating. There is a lift to all floors. Windsor Restaurant offers a choice from the carving table featuring prime cuts and an extensive wine list. The hotel has free ample car parking for all residents. 4. Camberley Hotel 20 yards from the Conference Venue Superbly located, The Camberley Hotel is within strolling distance of both the International Conference Centre, & Harrogate s vibrant centre & many attractions. All of the 11 bedrooms have modern amenities including a colour TV, tea/coffee making facilities, direct dial telephone phone, iron & ironing board, hairdryer and trouser press. The Hotel also has ample parking to the rear. 5. The Crown Hotel 2 minute walk to the Conference Venue The Crown Hotel is set in an impressive traditional Victorian building, which was once an old 18th century coach inn and has recently had a multi million pound refurbishment to a high standard. This hotel is well located in the town centre of Harrogate, by the antique quarter and next to the Pump Room Museum and just minutes away from the Harrogate International Centre. All the bedrooms feature modem connection, satellite television, Radio, movie and CD system, telephone, tea/coffee making facilities, iron and hair dryer. Internet access is available via modem points in the bedrooms, and wireless is also available. Other hotel facilities include a restaurant, Henrys Bar and free car parking to the rear of the hotel. 6. Grafton Hotel 300 metres from the Conference Venue The Grafton Hotel is a fine Victorian residence located in the heart of the thriving town of Harrogate within easy walking distance of the town centre and only 300 yards from the Harrogate International Centre. The Hotel has been completely renovated and tastefully modernised with beautifully appointed en-suite bedrooms which are decorated to an outstanding standard in a variety of attractive styles and themes. 7. Grants Hotel 200 yards from Conference Venue The Grants Hotel is an award winning hotel situated in the heart of Harrogate, close to the shops yet within easy walking distance of the town centre and Harrogate International Centre. There are 42 tastefully decorated bedrooms, each superbly equipped with private bathroom, colour television, radio, direct dial phone, free WIFI, tea and coffee making facilities, hairdryer and trouser press, iron and ironing board. Grants Hotel offers free parking to guests. 8. Holiday Inn Located next door to the Conference Venue Holiday Inn Harrogate has recently been awarded a 4 star rating by the AA. This hotel has been newly refurbished and boasts a contemporary and unique decor throughout. It is ideally located in the town centre, and adjoins the Harrogate International Conference Centre. The hotel has 214 bedrooms built over fourteen floors. Many of these enjoy fine views across both this famous Yorkshire spa town and the surrounding countryside. All guests can benefit from the hotels association with The Academy Health & Leisure Club, Harrogate s premier health and fitness Club providing complimentary use of the indoor heated swimming pool, gym, sauna and steam room. The Holiday Inn car park has 150 parking spaces which is situated to the side of the hotel. 9. Hotel Du Vin 5 minute walk to the Conference Venue Hotel du Vin has been created from a row of eight Georgian styled houses, and offers a fully equipped residents gym, cellar snug and in the summer months al fresco dining in the courtyard. While located close to the town centre, the hotel is particularly well situated overlooking The Stray (200 acres of public common), and is only a few minutes walk to the Harrogate International Centre. The Kimberley Hotel presents two uniquely individual dining options in its Signatures and Cullinan Restaurant. Using locally sourced ingredients and produce the hotel prides itself in offering its guests a delicious mix of local and traditional English cuisine. The hotel offers limited car parking and unfortunately is unable to reserve spaces in advance. Reception is able to assist with information and directions to alternative street car parking and the nearest NCP, which is only a few minutes walk to the hotel. There is a daily charge of 6.00 per day to park at the hotel, which is payable on departure. 11. Barceló Majestic Hotel 5 minute walk to the Conference Venue The hotels car parking is charged at 3.50 per night. The Majestic Hotel is an impressive 19th century hotel nestling in the centre of Harrogate, it is set in 12 acres of award winning, landscaped gardens. All rooms are comfortable and very spacious and equipped with hospitality tray, toiletries, hairdryer and satellite TV. Many have lovely views over the gardens and town and all rooms and public areas have Wi-Fi internet access. The hotel has an excellent health and leisure club that includes a swimming pool, spa, sauna, solarium, beauty salon, snooker room, outdoor tennis court, and gym. 12. Old Swan Hotel 10 minute walk to the Conference Venue The Old Swan is a prestigious hotel in the heart of Harrogate within walking distance of local attractions including the Harrogate International Centre, Valley Gardens, local bars and restaurants. The Old Swan is famed as the hiding place for Agatha Christie during her disappearance in 1926 and was the location of the film 'Agatha' starring Dustin Hoffman and Vanessa Redgrave in 1977. 14. Studley Hotel 5 minute walk to the Conference Venue At the Studley Hotel you will enjoy a warm friendly welcome and is conveniently located only 5 minutes from the Harrogate International Centre. All 28 en-suite bedrooms are equipped with satellite TV, iron station with trouser press, free WIFI, direct dial telephone, hairdryer, toiletries and tea and coffee making facilities. The Orchid provides a unique dining experience combining sophistication with simplicity and offering the orients most exciting dishes in a relaxed atmosphere. You can park in the hotels car park or at the front of the hotel. If you park at the front of the hotel you will be given permits at no extra charge. 15. These parking disks can be picked up from the hotel reception. After 6pm Monday Friday, parking is free.
