HOTEL INFORMATION The following hotels and guesthouses offer a range of accommodation at varying prices to suit all pockets. Please note that the price of each does not necessarily reflect the standard of accommodation. On receipt of your Registration Form advising your choice of hotel we will make the reservation on your behalf with the hotel and forward an Accommodation Confirmation, a copy of which will be forwarded to yourself. The hotel may then contact you direct to request their required deposit. Please note that should you have to cancel prior to the event or on the day of arrival the hotel reserve the right to hold your deposit or charge one night s accommodation as a cancellation payment. All reservations for accommodation, including any amendments/additions/cancellations, are to be made through the Conference Organisers in order to obtain the rates as shown. Full payment for your accommodation booking is to be made directly to the hotel on departure, unless alternative arrangements have been made with the Conference Organisers. Alexa House Hotel This elegant detached Victorian property has been restored to provide contemporary accommodation to the most discerning of guests. It is located 5 minutes from the town centre and a short stroll from the Harrogate International Centre. All rooms are stylish and well-equipped with all modern amenities, including Wi- Fi connection, dressing gowns, TV s, CD players, hairdryers, room safes and refreshment trays. The en-suite bath or shower rooms provide thick towels and complimentary toiletries. Alexa House Hotel provides a large floodlit car park for guests only. Ashley House Hotel The Ashley House Hotel is a beautiful 4 diamond AA Rac & ETB rated hotel, situated in a quiet tree lined street close to the Harrogate town centre which is within easy walking distance of the, spa baths and the Harrogate International Centre. All 18 bedrooms are en-suite and equipped with hospitality trays, radio/alarm clocks, direct dial telephones, colour televisions, hairdryers and a range of complimentary toiletries, adequate wardrobe space and desks/dressing table are all standard. Each bedroom has guest-controlled central heating and all are non-smoking. Aston House Ideally located in a tree lined street, The Aston Hotel is just a few minutes walk away from the Harrogate International Centre and from there a short distance to the shops and restaurants of the town centre. This hotel features 17 rooms which all have en-suite facilities of either a shower or bath/shower and towels are provided on a daily basis. Each room also has a courtesy refreshment tray, TV, and telephone and central heating. Aston House also offers private parking.
Azalea Court Hotel Sister hotel to The Aston House Hotel, The Azalea is set in a superb location directly opposite the Harrogate International Centre and no more than 100 yards from the town centre. Azalea Court has its own private car park. There are 11 bedrooms, all with their own individual charm. All the bedrooms are either single, double or family. They have tea and coffeemaking facilities, a television and a hair dryer. They also have an en-suite bathroom and toilet with either a bath or shower. The Hotel also has ample parking to the rear. The Fountains Hotel The Fountains bed and breakfast is an elegant Victorian building which dates back to 1891 and retains many of its original features. The hotel is situated just 2 minutes walk from the Harrogate International Centre and 5 minutes walk from town centre. The Fountains Hotel has a private car park. All of the 10 individually styled 4 star bedrooms are spacious and well appointed, with colour TV, clock alarm radio, hair dryer and hospitality tray. An ironing board and iron are available on request and all of these rooms look out over a wooded coppice or the front garden. Many of these enjoy fine views across both this famous Yorkshire spa town and the surrounding countryside. The Holiday Inn car park has 150 parking spaces which is situated to the side of the hotel and has a daily charge of 5.00 per day. Hotel Du Vin Hotel du Vin has been created from a row of eight Georgian styled houses, and offers a fully equipped residents gym, cellar snug and in the summer months al fresco dining in the courtyard. It also has a car park free of charge to guests. While located close to the town centre, the hotel is particularly well situated overlooking The Stray (200 acres of public common), and is only a few minutes walk to the Harrogate International Centre. The Harrogate 'Pump Room' and famous 'Betty's Tea Rooms' are also just a couple minutes walk away. Kingsway Hotel The Kingsway Hotel is a converted Victorian townhouse in Central Harrogate. It is privately owned and has been in the same family for over twenty years. It has six bedrooms, all with private facilities, remote-control colour television, hospitality tray etc. The hotel also offers off-street parking. Harrogate is well-known for its many fine restaurants and cafes, which is partly why the Kingsway does not provide an evening meal. However, you will enjoy an ample home-cooked Yorkshire breakfast each morning at the hotel. Location/Direction Details: The Kingsway Hotel is located opposite the exhibition halls on Kings Road, and is midway between the Royal Hall and the International Centre, each about 50 yards away. The Majestic Hotel is an impressive 19th century hotel nestling in the centre of Harrogate, it is set in 12 acres of award winning, landscaped gardens. There is a lift to all floors. Cedar Court Hotel The Cedar Court Hotel is a five minute walk to the town centre and the railway Station. The Conference Centre is approximately 15 minutes walk or 5 minutes by car. The hotel was restored in 1999 after a multi-million pound investment and offers all the modern facilities you would expect. All of the 100 en-suite newly decorated bedrooms include tea/coffee making facilities, trouser press, hair-dryer and modem points. The Cedar Court has a bar and an elegant Georgian Restaurant called the Queens, which offers mouth watering international cuisine. There is private car parking within the hotel grounds for 150 cars free of charge. The Crown Hotel
