TERMS AND CONDITIONS BOOKING DEADLINE The deadline to register for the Recreate Packaging Award Ceremony and the epda Congress is April 19. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY Accommodation: - If you consider staying at one of the recommended hotels, please complete the form for each participant and e-mail or fax it to the epda Secretariat. - All hotel costs must be paid by each participant to the hotel. If cancellation is necessary, please inform the epda Secretariat as soon as possible. Any costs involved as a result of hotel room cancellation must be paid by the participant. Events: If you want to cancel your attendance of the Recreate Packaging Award Ceremony and/or the epda Congress, you must inform the epda Secretariat in writing.
