Cliff Avenue is one of the most sought after residential locations in Cromer being only a few hundred yards from the cliff top beaches and town centre. Historical Note Morden House the main land owners in the area, the Bond-Cabbell family of Cromer Hall, sold off large areas of land for building in land sales between 1885 and 1891.
