The interior features rustic log pine walls and ceilings, hardwood floors and provides ample space for up to 100 guests, seated, and up to 175 guests, standing. Both ends of the Main Lodge boast large wood-burning fireplaces surrounded by gorgeous river rock. Inside you will also find a custom handcrafted bar, a separate wet-bar and two newly renovated restrooms. Outside, enjoy the oversized grassy yard, perfect for larger outdoor receptions, along with breathtaking views of the Williams Fork River. Add your personal touches and décor to the space to make it your very own.
Aspen Canyon Ranch offers onsite lodging for up to 56 guests including accommodations at the Cliff House, the River House and the 12 River Cabin Units, each of which are included in your venue rental package. Unlimited tent and RV camping is also welcome onsite. Campers have 24 hour access to the Main Lodge for restrooms + H2o and also have complimentary access to the Outdoor Showers. LODGING ACCOMMODATIONS Additional overflow lodging is available nearby. CLIFF HOUSE RIVER HOUSE RIVER CABIN UNITS 3 Bed/3 Bath featuring a private bridal suite, fully equipped kitchen, gas fireplace, satellite TV, bon fire pit, and a large deck with a gas grill. Sleeps up to 11 guests. 2 Bed/2 Bath footsteps from the river. Fully equipped kitchen, cozy living room with gas fireplace, satellite TV and a charming porch with a gas grill. Sleeps 9 guests. Rustic hotel-style units nestled directly on river. Each unit features private entrances & bathrooms and are equipped with gas fireplaces and riverside decks. Bed configuration varies per unit.

An additional non-refundable 25% deposit is required 6 months prior to your arrival date. The remaining balance is due 90 days prior to your scheduled arrival date, at which point the entire reservation is non-refundable. Cancelling your event prior to the final payment due date will result in full-forfeiture of all deposits made to date. Check, cash and money order payments are welcome. All major credit cards, with the exception of American Express, are also accepted, however, all credit card payments are subject to an additional 3% processing fee.
