Aviation fuelling at its best

Welcome to Skytanking Into-Plane Fuelling Storage & Hydrant Management Investment Projects Engineering Skytanking is a specialist, independent aviation fuelling company providing a wide range of fuelling services to oil companies, airports and airlines at over 50 international airports in 11 countries. Skytanking handles over 10 billion litres of jet-fuel and fuels more than 1 million aircraft per year. Skytanking does not sell jet-fuel. Our core focus is on providing expert support to oil companies and other suppliers, airlines and airports worldwide in all aspects of aviation fuelling; financial, commercial, engineering and operational. Every 30 seconds of the day or night, somewhere in the world, Skytanking is fuelling an aircraft safely and efficiently. Skytanking operates airport fuel storage & hydrant systems that are owned by oil companies, airlines, airports or Skytanking itself. Skytanking is not just an operator of fuel storage & hydrant systems. We will also invest to provide airports with aviation fuel facilities that meet all the latest international standards. Skytanking has its own expert engineering team assisting airports, airlines and oil companies with fuel facility engineering from initial concept to operational start-up.

The Advantages of Skytanking Focus Expertise Skytanking offers solutions tailored to your specific needs on a global scale. Knowledge paired with experience makes Skytanking a strong partner for your aviation fuelling requirements. Skytanking does not sell jet-fuel and is not a groundhandling company. Skytanking is only focussed on providing safe, efficient and cost-effective aviation fuelling services to its customers. Financial Strength Skytanking s focus and size means it has built up a depth of expertise in all aspects of aviation fuelling including into-plane and storage operations, and the contractual, financial and engineering aspects of aviation fuel storage & hydrant systems. We can offer this expertise in many parts of the world supported by Skytanking s own network or the wide geographic spread of our sister companies. Independence Skytanking is a subsidiary of the privately owned joint-stock company Marquard & Bahls AG, which has equity of more than 1 billion and revenue of 17 billion. Skytanking has the financial backing necessary to undertake any aviation fuelling activity, including the investment in storage & hydrant systems at the largest airports in the world. Because we do not sell jet-fuel, Skytanking is one of the few companies offering truly independent aviation fuelling services. This independence allows our customers to concentrate on their core business and to leave aviation fuelling operations to an expert.

Into-Plane Fuelling Every 30 seconds of the day or night, somewhere in the world, Skytanking is fuelling an aircraft safely and efficiently. Skytanking s into-plane service covers all types of aircraft fuelling activity: Long-haul, short-haul and general aviation Cargo and passenger airlines Fuelling with static hydrant carts, hydrant dispensers or refueller trucks up to 85 m³ capacity We provide into-plane services to oil companies that wish to outsource their in-house fuelling operations or that want to enter a new airport without the burden of setting up a new fuelling operation. For airlines Skytanking gives you the opportunity to have a direct say in the price and quality of into-plane fuelling service for your aircraft. 02 Storage & Hydrant Management 03 04 Investment Projects Engineering

Storage & Hydrant Management Skytanking operates airport fuel storage & hydrant systems that are owned by oil companies, airlines, airports or Skytanking itself. These include large storage & hydrant systems at international airports such as Munich, Delhi, Brussels and also smaller regional airports like Palermo and Durban. Skytanking currently manages and operates jet-fuel facilities at more than 30 airports worldwide. 01 03 04 Into-Plane Fuelling Investment Projects Engineering

Investment Projects Skytanking is not only an operator of jet-fuel storage & hydrant systems. We will also invest to provide airports with aviation fuel facilities that meet all the latest international standards. Skytanking financed and built the fuel facilities at Bangalore in India and Stuttgart in Germany. Skytanking s financial commitment means airports, airlines or oil companies can concentrate their investment capital in their core business and outsource this essential part of the supply chain to aviation fuelling experts. 01 02 04 Into-Plane Fuelling Storage & Hydrant Management Engineering

Engineering Skytanking has a team of engineers based in Brussels that are experts in all aspects of jet-fuel storage & hydrant engineering. As part of Skytanking, they have the advantage of always working from the operator s perspective. Our engineers can assist airports, airlines and oil companies with fuel facility engineering from initial concept to operational start-up. 01 Into-Plane Fuelling 02 Storage & Hydrant Management 03 Investment Projects Technical assessment Feasibility study Design concept Basic design Front-end engineering design (FEED) Design review Construction supervision Detailed engineering Flushing, commissioning, start-up and support

HSSE Health, Safety, Security & Environment The well-being of our employees, the public and the environment are a top priority for Skytanking. We are aware of the special care required for handling aviation fuel at airports. Skytanking s HSSE policy sets out the guiding HSSE principles for our company. We put the HSSE policy into practice via an HSSE Management System that is implemented at each Skytanking location in compliance with local regulations and our own corporate standards. We are always working on ways to improve our HSSE performance in a complex operating environment. Regular audits and inspections by our headquarters HSSE team and knowledge sharing throughout our network allow us to do that.

Fuel Quality Quality There is a common saying in the aviation fuelling business: There is nowhere to stop for repairs at 30,000 feet. The clear message for anyone involved in aviation fuelling is that the quality control of jetfuel is paramount. Skytanking works to procedures that meet the highest local and international standards for aviation fuelling, such as the Joint Inspection Group (JIG) Guidelines for Aviation Fuel Quality Control & Operating Procedures. Skytanking is regularly inspected by airline and oil company customers to ensure these standards are being maintained in day-to-day operations. In addition, Skytanking s own Operations Support department ensures that all Skytanking locations are up-to-date with the latest developments in aviation fuel quality and operations.
