THE HIGHLIGHTS OF THE EVENT Innovation and technology watch INDUSTRIE stands out, once again, with a broad range of exclusive animations around two strong themes: INNOVATIONS and EDUCATION. INside INdustrie: Our Special Guest in 2014: the SAFRAN International Group! Stretched over more than 230m 2, this outstanding industrial group got a chance to showcase their commanding production skills, industrial performance, innovations and upcoming research... With an exhibition of remarkable items (LEAP engine,...)and a Buying Service on set, exhibitors and visitors came together and finalised their projects. Labo INDUSTRIE: Visitors and Exhibitors of the fair were the first to discover the future projects of the Industrial World, around 4 different innovative technologies: > Robotic finishing cell, > Virtual Reality, > Robotics with Able, > Augmented Reality. Usine du Futur (The Factory of the Future): Organised in partnership with the Ministry of Productive Recovery, the Symop and the FIM, this event unveiled the Plan 34 of the Government, focused on 3 different themes: Innovation, Competitiveness and Humans. The round table format facilitated exchanges and discussions on the future of our sector here in France. The Trophées de l Innovation (Innovation Awards) Many flagship themes were discussed with recognised experts and attracted both visitors and exhibitors: Safety at work, welding and professional training, the factory of the future... For this 12 th edition of the fair, 106 different innovations were competing to win the Trophées de l Innovation. The innovations were placed under the scrutiny of an expert panel and 4 winners and an ARKEA Coup de Coeur were awarded during a gala dinner on the 1 st of April. A prize giving took place, handed over by recognised local personalities from the concerned sectors. With more than 400 CV and job applications registered on set, this space has proved to be a great opportunity for a first contact between professionals, new graduates and job seekers. Welding Careers Would you like to get more information about a career in welding (potentials, professional training...)? Are you interested in experiencing a bit of welding on set? All the more offers that proved successful during our Welding Careers animations! Les Compagnons du Devoir More than 400 m 2 to discover how complimentary the jobs of the Industry sector are, with the help of a reduced scale production site realised on set. INside INdustrie Recent graduates were able to meet with the HR representatives from Safran, one of the leading groups in the French Industry at INside Industrie.The international group presented its knowhow and recruitement needs, namely the 2,500 positions avalaible in France in 2014. The Guided Tours 150 career advisers, parents, teachers and students got the chance to meet passionate key players of the Industry world through a didactic journey, in partnership with Ingenieur et Scientifique de France (French Engineers and Scientists).
