Lady Heyes Caravan Park and The business The income is derived from a combination of craft centre rent, glamping pad lettings, touring pitch fees and clubhouse sales. Our clients have been continually investing in the development of the park and as a result the income has shown very strong growth from the caravan park element of the business. The annual sales for 2016 and 2017 together with 9 months ended 31 December 2018 are summarised as follows: 2016 2017 9 months 2018* the rent paid by the individual Craft Centre occupiers included business rates. These rates are now paid directly by the stallholders and there has been a corresponding reduction in the rates paid by the park as a result.
