Where the future works Over half the capital s population now lives east of Tower Bridge. And with London s population predicted to reach 11 million by 2030 *, the trend of moving east is not expected to slow down. With excellent transport connections, growing investment and a historically creative spirit, East London is the capital s new business destination. For businesses, the opportunity to future-proof and respond to London s changing landscape is now ripe; and forwardthinking organisations are already making the shift. *ONS (2016) 1

A view west showing London s new business destination in the foreground London s new business destination Located at the heart of East London, Stratford has always played a significant role in the capital s economic development. With roots bedded in being a transport hub for London from the mid 1800s, to the unforgettable 2012 Olympic and Paralympic Games, the area has made a habit of reinventing itself over time. Stratford has now entered its next chapter as London s new business destination. Building on the triumphant Olympic legacy, it will be home to some of the world s most forward-thinking cultural institutions, universities and businesses. And with the under 35 population expected to grow by 78.7% over the next decade *, Stratford is undeniably the new home for London s next generation of talent. As a neighbourhood, Stratford has all the foundations of an economic powerhouse. At International Quarter London, we are delivering the final piece that will allow businesses of every scale to become part of this exciting and unique destination. *Greater London Authority (2016) 5

Health and wellbeing Organisations spend on average 90 percent of their annual operating costs on people *. So it s no surprise that forward-thinking businesses are becoming acutely aware of the importance and value of their employee s wellbeing. Aside from the related costs of absenteeism, healthy employees are more engaged and productive essential to any high-performing organisation. At IQL we have created a place with employee health and wellbeing at its heart. In short, our workplaces are designed for people. The spaces focus on creating connections both visually and spatially that nurture collaboration, encourage movement and inspire innovation. And with views extending over the Park our workplaces provide motivation to take full advantage of our unique neighbourhood. 01 01 IQL is connected to walking, running and cycling pathways. 02 IQL is surrounded by 560 acres of parkland. 03 Employees can swim at the London Aquatics Centre. Creating a place where people want to work, the public space at IQL will offer both a mix of independent and established brands, carefully curated to cater to your employee community within immediate reach. With the list of places to meet, refuel and relax constantly growing, IQL offers businesses the opportunity to be part of a lively neighbourhood that s only set to grow. 01 01 The Breakfast Club located at Here East. 29

Living and lifestyle Residential investment has flowed into Stratford following the 2012 Games. Over 16,000 homes are being developed within a 15 minute walk of IQL, with 54% of these meeting affordable housing requirements or being available for private rent. The Evening Standard has coined young Londoners as the walking-generation with more and more people choosing to live within walking distance of their workplace. The payoff being a better quality of life, savings on travel costs, increased leisure time, more flexible working and a chance to improve fitness levels. The growth in Stratford presents a rare opportunity for many Londoners to live in close proximity of their places of work. 01 01 Completing in May 2017 Glasshouse Gardens has created 333 new homes. 02 Open East festival at Tumbling Bay playground. 03 IQL is located on the canals of the River Lea. 02 03 31
