The flowers are blooming, farmer s markets are opening for the season, and we are busy in the fields and planning ahead for fall planting We continue to carry a wide range of unique plants and are now offering pre-cooling (marked ) on 36 excellent forcing varieties in a range of colors Pre-cooling at 5 C (41 F) costs $5 per box Cooling begins when bulbs arrive in our warehouse and pre-payment is made (no discount on cooled bulbs) Precooled bulbs will be placed on a separate order to be shipped or picked up when cooling is complete For more details, please contact us by phone or email How to Order Due to the high volume of orders we receive, we encourage you to order using our downloadable order forms on wwwouramericanrootscom Simply fill out the form, save it to your computer, and email a completed copy to sales@ouramericanrootscom Orders will be entered in the order received Please make sure to include your complete contact information You can also place your order by Phone: (360) 263-2180 (Monday through Friday 8:00am to 4:30pm PST) or by Fax: (360) 263-3180 at any time Discounts are available on larger orders of a single bulb type: For a single order over $3,000 of tulips or $1,000 of daffodils or Dutch Iris, 1 cent ($001) discount per bulb For a single order over $6,000 of tulips or $2,000 of daffodils or Dutch Iris, 2 cents ($002) discount per bulb Remember, these discounts are available for qualifying orders of a single bulb type Different bulb types cannot be mixed or matched to get a discount Deposits and Fees: You will receive order confirmation by mail or email This acknowledgment will include your order number(s) for any future changes or inquiries If you make any changes, an update will be sent confirming changes In mid-late June, a finalized invoice will be sent that will include all applicable shipping costs We will begin taking payment for orders at that time We accept payment by check/money order, credit card, and PayPal We require a 25% deposit for all your product on order by August 1 st Any order that has not been secured by the 25% deposit by August 1 st may be reduced, canceled and/or the product made available to other customers Any reductions and/or cancellations made by the customer after August 1 st will be subject to a $25 per tray restocking fee, taken from your deposit or required at time of cancellation Sincerely, Ruud, Shannon, Kelly, Niels, Anke and Catherine
