She is currently also the Programme Leader for BAC Xi an. Chloe is a three-time nominee and the recipient of the SHTM Teaching Excellence Award in 2009 and the PolyU President s Award for Excellent Performance/Achievement in Teaching 2009. Chloe has served as the Regional Services Manager (Greater Auckland Region) for CNSST, one of the largest NGO in New Zealand. She was responsible for developing and managing a range of educational programmes; preparing regional plans and budgets; initiating, planning organising and participating in events including seminars, conferences, and expos; developing procedure and policy; liaising with key representatives from government departments and agencies; as well as formulating and implementing strategic plans. After studying and working in Hawaii, Chloe returned to Hong Kong and joined the Peninsula Clubs & Consultancy Services (PCCS), The Hong Kong and Shanghai Hotels, Limited. During her time with the PCCS, Chloe was involved in various projects from feasibility studies, planning, development, opening to operation stages. She last stationed in Beijing and was seconded as Membership Manager for the China Club Beijing, one of the most exclusive Club in the world. While she was at Hawaii, Chloe was with the marketing team of Pan Tours, the largest travel retailer and wholesaler in Hawaii, responsible for advertising, tradeshows, tour package designing, sales forecasting and pricing. She was also with the staffing team at the ITT Sheraton Hotels in Waikiki, responsible for developing procedures and recruiting for Sheraton Royal Hawaiian Hotel, Sheraton Princess Kaiulani Hotel, Sheraton Moana Surfrider Hotel, and Sheraton Waikiki Hotel.
