Yes No PRICE INFORMATION: Our price per person sharing a twin/double room for both land and air arrangements is $3,999.-* If you do not have someone to share a room with, a single supplement of $845.- will apply. Airfare includes current air taxes of $178.- The airlines reserve the right to increase their fuel charges up to time of ticketing. Any such additional charges will be added to the above package price. This is based on NET group fares and includes a check/bank transfer payment discount. Credit card payment is not available. VAT (Value Added Tax) has not been added to the cost as foreign tourists are currently exempt from this. Tourists who have dual Israeli citizenship will automatically be charged VAT to their incidental bill by the hotels. Tips are not included and tipping recommendations will be provided below. THIRD PERSON REDUCTION: The third person in a room (1 person per triple room) is eligible for a third person reduction. This reduction amount needs to be deducted from the per person price, to get to the third person cost. The third person sleeps on either a roll away bed or sofa bed (depending specific hotel policy) Third person in room $ 175.- reduction TIPPING GUIDELINES: Tips to the guide, driver and hotel staff are not included and will be collected by the tour leader at the end of the tour. Seat requests: (Please note that flights are booked as a group and Lufthansa does seat assignments at the airport at time of check-in. We will forward your seating request to the airline and they will try to accommodate. But this is not in our control. The airlines do not confirm business class/first class seats, exit row or bulkhead seats based on group fares. Business class/first class tickets need to be booked and paid for separately and will not be considered part of the group flights. Tickets or ticket upgrades using reward miles are not available on group flights and need to be arranged through the reward center directly. Flight deviations: For flight deviations there is a $35 deviation fee and deviations are subject to availability of seats and group fare basis. All deviations must be reserved and paid for at least 3 months prior to departure to avoid additional deviation fees. The earlier you book your deviation, the lower your cost will be! If you are NOT joining the group flights, please advise your flight details, so that we know your plans: Arrival and departure transfers for passengers on the group flights are included (1 bus transfer each way). PAYMENT AND REGISTRATION SCHEDULE: Registration forms with $50. admin fee by February 1, 2018 deposit of $350.- per person need to reach us by February 15, 2018. On June 15 th we cancel the group flight seats not filled and additional seats cannot be guaranteed at the same airfare and depend on seat availability. Final payment is due on June 15, 2018. (During high season hotels may require additional non-refundable deposits if this happens will advise you immediately.) This is the bank transfer/check discounted price.
