Senior Management Team Joseph O Reilly Founder and Executive Chairman Joe O Reilly is the Founder and Executive Chairman of the Chartered Land Group. He has been involved in property development in Ireland for over 25 years and is one of Ireland s most prolific developers. Andrew Gunne Chief Executive Andrew Gunne, Chief Executive, joined Chartered Land in 2014. His primary role is to oversee the business while securing new ventures in conjunction with leading real estate capital partners. David Scanlon Group Finance Director David Scanlon joined Chartered Land in 2005 with responsibility for overseeing the development and implementation of the Group s financial reporting, taxation strategy and I.T. systems. He assumed the role of Group Secretary in 2007. Turlough Flynn Commercial Director Turlough Flynn, Commercial Director, joined Chartered Land in 2002 as Group Asset Management Director with responsibility for leading the asset management team.
