2 GENERAL INFORMATION 23.- 26. April 2018 Their Royal Highness Crown Prince Haakon and Crown Princess Mette-Marit will visit the three Baltic countries. The official visit will go to Latvia 23. - 24. April, Lithuania 24. - 25. April and Estonia 25. - 26. April. Their Royal Highnesses will be accompanied by Norwegian Minister of Foreign Affairs, Minister of Defence and State Secretary of Ministry Trade, Industry and Fisheries. During the visit there will be specific business seminar programmes in each of Baltic countries, see programme that follows. Who should participate from Norway? Companies with already established business in the Baltics countries Companies considering taking advantage of business opportunities in the Baltic countries Companies with interest in developing knowledge and contacts in sectors in the Baltic region Business Participation Fees The fee for each member of the business delegation is NOK 2500 for participating in each of the Baltic countries. An invoice will be issued after the registration deadline. Participants must plan and pay for their own travel and accommodation. The participation fee covers all official meals, seminar facilities and events. Going to Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia For practical reasons, Innovation Norway will not make collective travel arrangements, as many members of a delegation often wish to add individual meetings and visits both before and after the official programme. For companies that want to participate in the business programmes in all the three Baltic countries it will be possible to book seats on the airplane that is chartered for Their Royal Highnesse and their official delegation.
