New Ycrk City reports an increase of $701,000,000, Chicago - an increase of $58>000,000 and Philadelphia - an increase of $54,000,000. Detroit shews a decline of $28,000,000. As compared with the corresponding period in 1923 debits for the week under review show an increase of $54-5,000,000 or 5 Pei> cent* New York City reports an increase of $725,000,000, New Orleans - an increase of $23,000,000 and Minneapolis - an increase of $14,000,000. San Francisco reports a decline of $41,000,000, and P ittsburgh and Los Angeles show declines of $22,000,000 each.
